RB & DB-ONLY ARM WORKOUT:
1) Dumbbell Shoulder Press | 15 reps
2) Dumbbell Overhead Triceps Extensions | 15 reps
3) Resistance Band Bicep Curl Negatives | 12 reps
Complete exercises 1-3 back to back.
Rest for 1-2 minutes and repeat circuit for a total of 4x.

4) Single-Arm Resistance Band Front Raises | 15 reps/arm
5) Resistance Band Tricep Kickbacks | 15 reps/arm
6) Zottman Curls | 12 reps
Complete exercises 4-6 back to back.
Rest for 1-2 minutes and repeat circuit for a total of 4x.

7) Around the Worlds | 10 reps
8) Skull Crushers | 15 reps
9) Resistance Band Preacher Curls | 15 reps
Complete exercises 7-9 back to back.
Rest for 1-2 minutes and repeat circuit for a total of 4x.
