Today, we'll be doing a super fast & easy meal prep that you can do in 15 minutes or less!

Please keep in mind that the calories, and macros that YOU should be eating are completely unique to YOU--no two people will ever share the same exact macros and calorie targets even if they have the same goals.

The meals in this video are not targeted towards fat loss or weight gain or anything in between--again, eating according to your fitness goals will look different for EVERY person.
You can achieve weight loss with any kinds of meals as long as you are in a consistent caloric deficit.

Please feel free to modify these meals however you'd like to fit your own personal preferences!
You can meal prep as little or as many meals as you'd like--there is not right or wrong way to do it.

*Macros & Calories for each meal with chips:*
- 705 calories
- 34g protein
- 93g carbs
- 30.5g fat

*Macros & Calories for each meal without chips:*
- 495 calories
- 31g protein
- 48g carbs
- 18.5g fat

*Ingredients:*
- 2lbs of 93% lean ground beef (I would recommend 90-93% lean ground beef for less calories & fat)
- 1 can of Manwich sloppy joe sauce (purchased from Hyvee)
- Hamburger buns (purchased from Hyvee)
- 2 bags of prepared salad (purchased from Hyvee)
- Salad dressing (purchased from Sam's Club)
- 1 bag of chips
