Video appears to show man carrying rifle before being shot by police

A male suspect was wounded in a police-involved shooting on Wednesday morning after he walked around a neighborhood in the Point Breeze section of Philadelphia armed with a rifle.

The incident began around 11 a.m. at 19th and Morris streets after two sheriff's deputies and an employee from the Department of Licenses and Inspections arrived to carry out an inspection on the home. #philadelphia #news #fyp
