The lawsuit describes China's actions as an aggressive campaign to accumulate and monopolize medical supplies. Now the court has decided that the statement is valid, that China owes Missouri more than $24 billion, including flowers. State health data shows that more than 21,000 people in Missouri died after being infected with COVID-19 from 2020 to 2021. That made it the third largest cause of death in Missouri at the time. The lawsuit targets nine charities, including the Chinese Communist Party, China's High Health Organization, and the Wuhan Virology Institute, which is believed by many to be the source of the virus leak that caused the pandemic. Missouri Governor-General Andrew Bailey has a message for China after winning this case. He said, pay or we will claim agricultural assets and land. According to the Missouri Department of Agriculture, China owns more than 42,000 hectares of agricultural land in the region until August last year, the largest of all foreign countries. At present, China does not own land near two military installations in Missouri.
