🍰 Ingredients:

Cocoa powder 60g (⅔ cup)
Plain Flour 225g (1 ⅓ cups, 3 tablespoons)
Baking powder 2 ½ teaspoons
Baking soda ½ teaspoon
Salt ¼ teaspoon
Sugar 200g (1 cup)

Milk 240ml (1 cup)
Vinegar 1 tablespoon

Vegetable Oil 120ml (½ cup)
Vanilla extract 1 teaspoon
Boiling water 180ml (¾ cup)

Dark Chocolate 150g
Vegetable Oil 2-3 tablespoons

Measuring cup size - 240ml

Baking pan 20x20 cm (8x8 inch)
Bake in a preheated Oven at 170c (338f) for 40-45 minutes
