How do you act when no one is around? Does your behavior change if you think you’re being watched? The answer to these questions is one of the strongest arguments for why God is necessary. No matter what you believe about God’s existence, don’t miss Dennis’s rational, commonsense argument about God’s necessity.

hello everybody Welcome to the fireside
chat I'm Dennis Prager is there any dog
behind me no no I'm so sorry folks
Snoopy was there last time uh Mr tubs is
still frisky he's in his early life we
hope that he will be able to if not fill
Otto's shoes at least do what Otto did
and stay present anyway welcome it's
number
324 and this is my to talk to you about
what is on my mind and then take your
questions so here's something on my
mind so this will
really you have no idea how many verbs
just entered my brain annoy
provoke uh in the best sense not it's
not mean or anything like that it's not
political at all but it's it's not the
way most people think in our in our day
so what I do is whenever I come across
something some article
somewhere I always ask does it does it
make a bigger point or is it just as it
were a news piece so here here's the
article it was in the Jerusalem Post
just uh the a few days
ago I E Yee I I signage placed in
operating rooms increases civility among
staff now who can guess what point I
want to make it it it's truly it's
fascinating so the I signage what does
that mean here here is how the article
begins several on this is the subhead
several unsuccessful interventions have
been tried around the world to eliminate
poor Behavior among surgical teams did
you even know surgical teams had poor
Behavior okay that's not my it's not the
point at all though including workshops
and training sessions however the eye
signage Works any surgery is a traumatic
experience but fear that surgeons will
make offensive comments about you in the
operating room while under anesthesia is
just as worrisome I can't say I just for
the record I don't care what say about
me while I'm being operated on as long
as they do a good job but it doesn't
matter that's not my point anyway
Australian researchers have conducted a
successful experiment to prevent rude
comments in operating theaters by
placing eye signage in operating rooms
the eye images without any accompanying
explanation that were attached to the
walls of an operating room in an
Orthopedic Hospital in Adelaide
markedly reduced poor Behavior among
surgical
teams lead researcher Professor Cherry
ASO attributed the result to a
perception of being watched even though
the eyes were not
real okay
folks when I read that it was as
delicious as a good
cigar
because that little article there's more
to the article but that's the basic
point that article makes the case for
the moral necessity of God better than
any single article I have ever read any
theology I have ever read well I want to
