SKATING AROUND TOWN

[Music] what's up everybody how's it going good morning afternoon or good night wherever you are so it was raining earlier today and as you can see there's a puddle because that place is deformed or whatever so since cuz it cuz it rained I we're out here skating kind of late so it's already like 5 5 p.m. it might get dark like around 7:00 so two hours to skate we'll see what we can do in two hours but till then we're gonna be skating the park and then we'll see what happens just try to do a few new tricks that I haven't landed that one and then I'm gonna do that and then go from there so I don't know just letting you guys know it might be short today but it might not but other than that let's just jump right in [Applause] that friend said feet will shove it out believe me or not but I've been dreaming of that forever it's just I procrastinated one day I did try it got close and it was really hot in the summer probably I think it was 2014 and then today I was like I gotta do it man I've been thinking about it too much so got it felt good man felt good so now I'm gonna try another trick let's see how that goes now that wouldn't feel really cool that was the first time I ever tried to do that trick and it felt so good to land it felt like whenever I landed in my back foot just tweaked a little just to stay on that felt cool saving it so new trick to new tricks guys how possible so I'll be there for him so yeah also I want to talk to you guys about someone re uploaded the video I know it's probably not a big deal to a lot of you guys but I the the video of the old man attacking my friend this guy uploaded it and put the thumbnail as it of course it was just a minute of the footage the main event if you guys know what I'm talking about this dude uploaded it didn't even credit the source of the footage so I took matters into my own hands and I caught I made a copyright claim and we'll see what happens so it's like it's ridiculous how someone would wouldn't ask me to hey could I use that footage to put it in a compliation of fights I would have said yeah without a doubt but with him just uploading it and put it as a thumbnail and it's like a 12-minute video but it's just one minute of what I filmed what me and my friends experience it's ridiculous that someone wouldn't even ask hey is it cool if I upload this or or and I'll give you the credit I'll put the original link to that video I would have said yes but this person hasn't replied and over a day so I just took matters into my own hands and I just made a copyright claim which will take that video down so hopefully that happens because that's not cool you know it's not that it's not for the views it's not for anything it's just to show people that this is what happened to us this is an experience that happened to us we were trying to be cool we weren't even being messed up to the guy so you guys might see it as something different but I'm seeing in the point of view as this guy could have asked me for the footage I could have been like yeah that'll be cool to add it in your in your video but he didn't so I just had to put that copyright claim so in the future if you guys want to use any of my footage let me know I'll most likely say yes so now that I'm waiting for these guys over there we'll see where we go after this all right but yeah guys that is what I've been thinking about I know I know Mowgli let that go whatever I don't know but this is what's been on my mind seriously someone using my footage for their own use and not even at least sourcing the original video which was mine on my youtube channel whatever did I go too far just by claiming a copyright for that video to be took him down let me know am i overthinking it I don't know would how would you feel if I took your let's say hardflip down in Hollywood high 16 hypothetically you did hardflip down 16 I took that footage and said look at this hardflip 16 so cool and I don't even name the skater it's my thumbnail on my youtube channel like hardflip 16 amazing hearts look down 16 what how do you feel if I did that and I didn't even say the skateboarder I didn't say it was you what video was from when it was like how do you feel that's basically how I feel I feel like someone stole my stuff and it's using it another analogy would be what if I had the instructions on how to use
