Today I'm reacting to cringy TikToks.
Right, we need to watch out with what we're saying today.
We officially got sued, Johnny.
This professional fighter that has won world titles, yeah?
Felt unsafe because he's wearing expensive watches.
Which he chose to wear, but I just noticed.
And now he's suing me.
Because he needed to improve the security of his house.
But anyway, before we get into the video, make sure you subscribe to the channel now.
And if you want to buy or sell your watch, prideandpinion.com.
Let's get stuck in the video.
Before I watch this, yeah?
These guys, listen, Triology Jewelers, they're lovely people, yeah?
They have never heard of authentic content, yeah?
Like they've never, I've never, never, ever have they ever heard of authenticity.
It's always staged, fake, bullsh**, cringy as f**k.
Bro, stop with this bullsh**.
This is gonna be cringy as f**k again.
He's a nice guy, yeah?
He's a nice guy and he's trying, but don't do this.
Yeah, I've seen you several times doing all sorts of stupid sh** with APs and cringy and
oh, I got to sell this because I'm in a divorce or something.
If you want to broadcast yourself to the world, then the world deserves an authentic Frankie
and that's a good lad.
Not this cringy bullsh**.
Whoa, bling it out.
Listen, we're both really flashy and trashy.
You got to love this.
This is LA.
I'm flashy, he's the trash.
We're talking LA here, baby.
That's what you walk around town with until somebody steals it from you.
Kevin O'Leary wearing a ladies Aquanaut.
I remember reading this.
It said ladies Aquanaut on the website of Patek Philippe.
It's reference number 7968-300 and you'll see it's a ladies Aquanaut.
If they, you never know with this woke culture, maybe you have to change it to a HeShe watch,
whatever the f**k it was.
But anyway, but you want to hear another funny fact that we sold the first ever 7968 in the UK.
Sold it, by the way, for $400,000.
Like that's no dog sh**.
Hello guys.
Today, we've got a fully stickered Oyster Perpetual 41mm with the ever popular green dial.
It's a full set with both swing tags and it's never been worn.
Available now, £6,950.
Cheers.
This is fantastic.
Four or five years ago, not a watch dealer made videos about watches to sell.
Nobody.
Now everyone does it.
See this guy.
I like this guy.
He's just himself.
He's a unique himself.
Never change.
I love it.
It is cool to see Willy Wonka staring away from chocolate.
Why are you wearing gloves, lad?
It's a £7,000 Rolex, not a Patek Philippe.
You're wearing Patek Philippe gloves.
F**k me.
Never change.
I love it.
If you want Willy Wonka to sell your watch, go to the Swiss link.
That's authenticity.
I rather watch this than Frankie.
Avoid saying the same thing as me.
Watch edition.
If you say the same thing as me, you're out.
Number one.
So what's the crack?
What do you do?
He's gonna say like a topic.
You have to think of a watch or a watch brand.
If you say the same one as him, you're out.
Name a high-end watch brand.
Richard Emile.
We're gonna go with Patek Philippe.
If you said Patek Philippe, scroll up the video.
We don't want you here.
Also, you lose when you name the same thing.
I like it though.
It's engagement.
Ben is smart.
I like it.
Number two.
Name a Rolex watch line.
There's probably seven of them.
Oyster Perpetual.
Think about it.
Take a second.
We're going with the Submariner.
If you guessed the Submariner, you are out.
Goodbye.
See you.
We don't want you.
That's rude, but I like it.
Number three.
Name a famous watch collector.
Ben Clymer.
There's a bunch of them.
There's singers.
There's actors.
Of course, he's gonna say John Mayer.
Jesus Christ.
We're gonna go with John Mayer.
If you said John Mayer, you are out.
Number four.
Name an affordable watch brand.
Timex.
There's a bunch of them.
Japanese, Swiss, anything.
We're gonna go with Hamilton.
If you said Hamilton, you are out.
And number five.
Name a watch YouTuber.
I want to say myself, but I want to win it as well.
He's gonna say, he's gonna name me, right?
Yeah, it's 100%.
Teddy Baldassare, because he's so the opposite of me,
but he is absolutely amazing.
We need to support his new shop,
because he opened a new shop in America.
Don't know where.
It's called Teddy.
Love it.
F***ing right.
Teddy deserves our support.
We are going to go with the Dutchman himself.
Nico Leonard.
Of course.
Of course, I'm not a narcissist.
Thank you.
So I won this game, yeah?
Commercial break.
I had to wear a different t-shirt,
because IFL dropped a new f***ing watch.
The Seiko GMT Gravity.
There's only going to be 150 pieces ever made.
Insane.
Fully hand-painted dial.
So every dial is unique.
We just gave away the last IFL watch on Instagram.
This one, however, we're going to give away on Discord.
So join the Discord now,
and I'll hopefully see you there.
Make sure you do not miss out.
First link in the description for IFL.
And first...
Second link in the...
Not first.
I can't do twice first.
First link in the description for IFL.
Second link in the description for the Discord.
Good luck, and make sure you do not miss out.
F***ing insane.
People think that guys buy nice watches to impress girls,
when in reality, girls have no idea how much...
He is so right, right?
People think that we buy nice watches for girls.
No.
We buy nice watches for couples.
Let me explain, yeah?
When you walk into a room,
and a dude sits there with a f***ing hot bird, yeah?
And his watch is s***.
That's when you're like,
should have been with me, you know?
Look at this watch.
And the guy knows.
The guy on the table with the hot bird knows.
There's an alpha walking in.
So we buy, actually, the expensive watches
for the male equivalent of that.
Not because we're gay.
And there's nothing wrong with that.
But because we just want to show who's boss here.
You maybe have the pretty girl,
but I'm still the f***ing boss.
How much your watch costs.
Like, they can see a name,
and they're like, oh yeah, Rolex, that's nice.
But they don't know how much a Rolex costs.
And I'm going to prove this right now
by showing my fiancée a couple different watches.
And I'm going to have her tell me
which one she thinks is more expensive.
All right.
Okay, so I have two watches here.
So this is watch number one.
And this is watch number two.
And I just want you to tell me
which one of these is more expensive.
This one.
Bro, his fiancée has IQ zero.
She seems like a good looking girl, yeah?
But it shows again, looks are deceiving.
She has f***ing no brains.
If you put these two photos next to each other, yeah?
10 out of 10 would have chosen the other watch.
Why does this look more expensive?
It doesn't.
It looks cheaper.
And she says, ah, that one.
Is this played or is she just f***ing stupid?
That's a very expensive watch.
This is a Yacht-Master II.
This is like a $16,000 watch.
On a good day.
Round two.
We got this watch right here.
$15,400.
And that watch right there.
New Day-Date.
Which do you think is more expensive?
Number two or number one?
Number one.
Number two.
Okay, so this is an AP Royal Oak.
That's the watch I want.
This is like $36,000.
This is like $65,000.
This is fake, bro.
This is fake content.
She's just acting stupid.
Watch number three.
We got this watch right here.
And this one.
If she's deliberately choosing wrong.
This one.
This one?
Ah, bro.
She's, she's.
Bro, bro, bro, bro, bro, bro.
Bro!
Patek Philippe Nautilus.
That's like a $100,000 watch.
This is a Rolex Daytona Everose.
This is like a half a million dollar watch.
All right, well, you went 0 for 3, but you haven't really.
Can we skip this bulls***?
Because this unauthentic content is hard for my f***ing.
Rolex fanboys can't wrap their head around the fact that Tudor
is actually the better brand at this point.
They, Rolex's sister brand Tudor, the more affordable option,
released a few new.
I have been saying this years ago and no one took me serious,
but it's good to see that I do know this industry a wee bit
and people are now starting to agree with it.
But let me bring this in perspective, yeah?
For those who don't know, Rolex owns Tudor.
So Rolex owns this watch brand.
In a lot of cases, Rolex uses the Tudor watch brand
to test out materials, watches, configurations.
If we look at, for example, a titanium Yachtmaster
that was introduced about a year and a half ago.
For years, the Tudor Pelagos was out,
which was a full titanium dive watch.
They tested the titanium material out first with Tudor.
Of course, that's logic because the Rolex watch brand
is so incredibly valuable.
You cannot take risks with a watch brand like Rolex.
That's what you think.
Because I think they should be taking risks
with a brand like Rolex.
Because every day passing, Rolex is becoming more soulless.
Rolex, for me, has started to become an empty shell
where I do see a lot of fun with Tudor.
And what year is the bamboo from?
This is probably like 1976.
Box and papes on that or no chance?
No, it doesn't.
Box and papes, box and papes.
Magnivo is a nice guy, yeah?
Nothing against Magnivo.
I think he's doing a great job.
He's now becoming like a social media face for Cartier.
I love it.
I respect that, well done.
And he comes from f*** all, right?
He's just a guy that sold watches for a company,
started for himself.
Really good.
I want to see more growth.
Incredible.
But this is the f***ing thing, right?
This Cartier grace is becoming a hippie f***ing.
It's, you know what?
They've never done anything wrong to me.
But this is me personally.
I hate it.
I don't like it.
It's not damaging to the industry.
It's not damaging to...
It's just not my vibe.
Ah, cool kid, hippie.
I wear Cartier, so f*** off.
You don't count.
I need to wear vintage Cartier.
They're tiny f***ing girl's s*** watches, yeah?
I like Cartier.
Yeah, but you're one of those f***ing hippies anyway.
This is freedom of speech.
I have nothing against them, but just point this out.
Sometimes I watch this and it just cringes the bollocks out of me.
But a lot of people have that when they watch me, to be honest.
Boxing pips?
Boxing pips.
I wear Cartier, so I'm better than you.
If someone hits me up and says it has to have boxing papers,
I'm like, okay, go find somebody else to find this watch for me.
Right, right.
I mean, for new watches, it's fine, whatever.
He wouldn't say that, by the way.
He wouldn't, but I understand.
Yeah, cool, lad.
Old watches, like, first of all, rare to have it.
Also, so easy to fake.
Ridiculously easy.
I mean...
You know, the thing is, vintage watches are f***ing glass, yeah?
Italian watch dealers have been busted having, like, the Rolex stamps,
like, the presses from the factories.
People will take the papers, put them in a pile of old books so they smell.
Oh, like musty?
They're so, so easy to fake.
If someone's like, oh, how do you know it's real if it doesn't have papers?
I just like, oh, God, you really don't know what you're talking about, do you?
This is good to know.
I'm always like, boxing pips.
No, it's a thing where people think they know what they're talking about and as soon as...
Yep, check.
I love vintage watches above their modern counterparts.
Cartier, I don't know.
It's just, I don't get it.
Maybe I'm not there.
Maybe my intelligence level is just not there.
Maybe I'm not hippie enough.
I'm just not that, yeah?
Don't ever forget that the story is more important than the actual object
and that's what I love about vintage watches
or watches that are hand down from generations
because that watch becomes a memory equivalent of a photo.
