here's something interesting that I
discovered while researching remote jobs
there's a whole category of positions
that companies are filling completely
differently in 2025 and I'm not talking
about those typical remote jobs where
you need five interviews and years of
experience and a college degree and
maybe a master's degree and a doctorate
as well I'm talking about positions
where companies have completely changed
their hiring process they've replaced
interviews with simple skill assessments
why because they're losing thousands of
dollars every day these positions stay
empty and today I'm showing you 13 of
these easy hire remote jobs that are
actively hiring right now and these are
positions where companies care more
about if you can pass a basic skills
test than your resume or interview
skills now before we dive in I have put
together a list of resources that are my
absolute favorites for actually learning
these skills in some cases getting
certifications or certificates or taking
courses or just getting educated in
general so that you can say that you
have the skills and prove that you have
them now a lot of these jobs don't even
require that that being said with many
of them it would help to have it or in
some cases you might get a really nice
pay bump so I'm going to put that list
down the description and the pen comment
below all right so let's start with the
first one on the list this is going to
be an interesting one and that is pet
insurance claims processor and did you
know that the pet insurance industry has
actually grown by over 200% in The Last
5 Years companies literally can't hire
people fast enough to process all these
claims yeah seriously and here's exactly
what the job involves reviewing
Veterinary bills and medical records
processing claims for surgeries
medications and treatments coordinating
with vet offices to verify information
and calculating reimbursements based on
policy coverage and the pay starts at
$16 to $24 an hour and what's
interesting is companies like tranan
prefer to train people from scratch
rather than hire experienced Insurance
processors why because pet insurance
claims are actually different than
regular insurance and they want people
who can learn their specific system so
to succeed in this rule you'll need
attention to detail basic data entry
skills customer service mindset and the
ability to follow processes now let's
check what others have to say about this
role here's a Reddit snippet on what a
pet insurance claims agent does they
handle up to 80 claims in a fast-paced
environment they guide pet owners
through coverage review Veterinary
documentation and balance empathy with
meeting productivity benchmarks and this
claims adjuster highlights claims
processing as a stable career with
essential industry experience it
requires Precision attention to detail
and focus on repetitive tasks making it
ideal for those who thrive on accuracy
so yeah could be a good one for you next
is going to be a death care service
coordinator and this one may sound
unusual but it's one of the most stable
industries that you could work in
because unfortunately there's only two
things in life that are for sure death
and taxes so the death care industry has
gone through a massive digital
transformation with more families spread
across the country virtual memorial
services are becoming the norm right so
if for whatever reason you can't make it
to a funeral or a memorial there are now
services online that will actually
stream it so that everyone one in the
family can attend virtually and what
you'll actually do is coordinate virtual
and hybrid Memorial Services process
essential documentation handle live
streaming arrangements for remote family
members manage digital Memorial pages
and coordinate with multiple funeral
locations and it starts at about $17 to
$25 an hour and the interesting part is
most companies provide comprehensive
training because they're struggling to
find people for these positions and this
is from a funeral home detailing what
death Care Service coordinators do for
the bereaved ones basically these
individuals manage all aspects of
funeral arrangements while supporting
The Grieving family and tasks include
orchestrating essential Logistics from
transportation and documentation to
personalized service planning ensuring
every detail aligns with the deceased
wishes and Family's preferences and the
digital transformation of deathcare
services has created stable remote
opportunities for compassionate
individuals who can coordinate virtual
memorials and handle essential
documentation so yeah not bad all right
so the next one is really good if you're
a gamer and that is a Gaming Community
moderator and companies like Roblox and
EA are desperately hiring for these
positions now you don't need to be a
programmer you just need to be somebody
who actually participates in the game
and the community and the job basically
involves monitoring live game chats and
Forum discussions enforcing Community
guidelines handling player reports and
conflicts documenting policy violations
and coordinating with the trust and
safety team and the salary starts at
about $15 to $22 an hour however many
gaming companies actually promote from
within so in many cases you could move
from a moderator to a community manager
and possibly even go into player support
leadership and even game development
coordination which all pay more so Adam
Skinner for instance is a community
manager and he specializes in building
and nurturing communities for various
Indie Games across different genres and
his responsibilities include
coordinating events managing
communication channels and Bridging the
Gap between players and developers and
Adam emphasizes the importance for
genuine passion for community building
and the ability to adapt to strategies
for diverse game audiences so yeah this
one could be really good for you if
you're a big fan of like Roblox for
instance and you want to become a bigger
part of the community so obviously you
would go to the games website and apply
there next is going to be a QA tester
now QA stands for quality assurance and
it's a position that sounds a lot more
complicated than it actually is because
you think you're probably going to have
to you know have a ton of coding
experience or a tech background and you
actually don't at least not nearly as
much as you'd think now here's what
you're really doing you're testing apps
and websites before they launch you're
also following test scripts to check if
features work you're reporting bugs and
issues you find and you're verifying
fixes and updates and companies are
desperate for testers because every
single update needs to be checked and
they literally can't launch without this
testing being done unless they want a
ton of bugs and their customers to hate
them and starting pay is about $17 to
$25 an hour plus there are many
positions down the line that you can
move into that are a bit more technical
once you do have a little bit of coding
knowledge that pay a lot better than
that now Michael for instance talks
about a typical day in his life as a
software QA tester and he shares his
journey as he navigates the intricate
world of software quality assurance at
Silver chip digital agency where he
methodically begins his mornings by
reviewing priorities through g- reports
and participating in standup meetings to
identify critical testing needs and
throughout his day he meticulously
evaluates software features from an
enduser perspective testing
functionality across various devices and
browsers while prioritizing urgent
tickets and project deadlines with
unwavering attention to detail so if
you're looking for a remote friendly
Tech Career without needing coding
skills software QA tester offers an
accessible entry point with strong
starting pay and benefits now with more
companies constantly pushing updates
that need thorough testing there's a
steady demand for detail oriented people
who can methodically check features and
Report issues making this an excellent
opportunity for those wanting to break
into the tech industry now like I said
before uh there is a lot of training
that I recommend this is one that likely
would require a little bit of training
to get into and I will leave those
resources down in the description in the
pin comment below make sure you click
there to check it out now from ensuring
digital products work flawlessly before
reaching users let's shift to another
growing field in the tech industry that
focuses on supporting the increasingly
Digital World of travel and hospitality
and that's a travel support specialist
and the travel industry is absolutely
booming right now you know shut down for
a few years and it is rebounded Big Time
and here's what's interesting most
people don't even know these positions
exist and what you're going to be doing
is helping to process travel bookings
updating reservation details
coordinating with hotels and Airlines
handling itenerary changes and the cool
part is most companies actually provide
full training on their booking systems
and they care more about about your
attention to detail than travel
experience although travel experience
does help and pay starts at $15 to $23
an hour plus many companies offer travel
perks and discounts so Cindy for
instance is a travel agent and she talks
about her day and she says her day is a
dynamic blend of early morning
preparation starting at 6:30 a.m. with
dedicated administrative tasks client
proposal meetings and supplier webinars
while of course maintaining flexibility
to accommodate family time and personal
commitments and one thing that's great
about this position is typically you get
to actually design your schedule so you
basically get a pretty flexible schedule
where you just get the work done when it
needs to be done now just as travel
Specialists help coordinate seamless
Journeys for vacationers event support
Specialists ensure smooth virtual
experiences for online Gatherings and
with virtual events becoming the norm
companies need people specifically for
the technical side and here's what that
means managing attendees access
coordinating with presenters handling
technical details monitoring live
sessions Etc and starting pay is about
$16 to $25 an hour and as more companies
go hybrid and the demand and for remote
work from skilled workers goes up these
positions are only growing and of course
Charelle here expertly breaks down the
promising world of virtual event
planning and her role Demands a blend of
technical Savvy and creative flare with
responsibility spanning from managing
virtual platforms to coordinating
presenters and creating seamless digital
experiences that rival in-person events
and for those with strong organizational
skills and an eye for detail virtual
event planning offers an exciting
opportunity to earn from home while
helping companies navigate the
increasingly digital landscape of
professional Gathering so yeah pretty
good one next is going to be a digital
asset coordinator now every company has
thousands of digital files images videos
documents Etc and they're drowning in
disorganization and that's where this
position comes in you are going to be
like a digital librarian organizing
marketing assets tagging and
categorizing content maintaining brand
asset systems and the pay starts at
about $15 to $23 an hour and here's the
interesting part companies are desperate
because this role sits between marketing
it and operations and no one else wants
to handle it the companies are losing
thousands because they can't find their
own files and there's even an instance
that a team had to re-shoot an entire
campaign because they couldn't locate
their original footage so to succeed in
this role you'll need strong
organizational skills basic Tech
proficiency attention to detail and
project management ability now I found
an interesting Reddit conversation about
a public librarian seeking advice on
transitioning to digital asset
management or damp and a lot of people
were very helpful when answering them
and this person for instance shared
their own success in transitioning to
Dam with an mlis degree and an
advertising background so it really
shows that a lot of people can get into
this type of role from a lot of
different backgrounds all right next is
a boring one but there's a lot of jobs
available and that's an insurance claim
support expert so everyone focuses on
customer service roles but they're
honestly missing a hidden opportunity
insurance that pays better and insurance
companies are required by law to process
claims within specific time frames if
they don't they face massive fines so
there's always constantly a massive
amount of demand for this position now
is it the best job in the World probably
not it's pretty boring you might not
like working for insurance companies but
the starting pay is $16 to $24 an hour
and that's actually quite a bit better
than something like a customer service
representative plus once you understand
claims processing you can move into
specialized roles that pay even more
yeah so I think this one's pretty
self-explanatory uh people file an
insurance claim maybe they get in a car
accident or something like that they
file an insurance claim and you might
ask them for some information and you
determine whether or not it's a
legitimate Insurance claim and then if
it is you help determine how much you're
going to be giving them now another one
that's pretty similar is the next one on
the list and that's a benefits
Verification Specialist and this
position exists because there's a huge
problem in healthcare hospitals lose
Millions every year from insurance claim
denials and your job is preventing those
denials before they happen now here's
exactly what that means you verify
patient insurance coverage you check
benefit eligibility you confirm
authorization you document Insurance
verifications and you coordinate with
Healthcare Providers and pay starts at
about $16 to $24 an hour but here's
what's interesting hospitals are
actually increasing salaries for these
position because every denied claim cost
them thousands and lost revenue and many
companies even offer performance bonuses
based on how many claim denials you
prevent and this former benefits
Verification Specialist for instance
shared valuable insights about the
varied nature of insurance verification
in major hospitals they talked about
handling national insurance carriers to
managing emergency Admissions and while
some insurance providers offer
convenient online portals for
verification others requireed direct
phone calls especially for complex cases
or when digital systems hit snack and
this retired benefits Verification
Specialist shared how the role combined
techy portal navigation with Detective
like attention to detail especially when
handling complex Insurance scenarios
like Medicare Replacements so yeah this
is another legitimate opportunity lots
of roles available out there and another
one that is related to the medical
industry but it has nothing to do with
insurance is medical scheduler now this
might sound basic but here's what most
people Miss medical offices are losing
an average of
$150,000 per year even the small ones
just from scheduling mistakes and no
shows and your job is actually
preventing this Revenue loss and here's
what that means coordinating patient
care appointments managing provider
calendars handling schedule changes
sending appointment reminders and
optimizing daily schedules now medical
schedulers rate their work life balance
at about 3.3 Stars highlighting that
while the job can be demanding it often
allows for structured schedules
compensation and benefits on the other
hand started about 3.2 Stars career
growth is also 3.2 and overall the
average for all careers is around 3 so
it's a little bit above average and the
starting pay is about $15 to $22 an hour
so not bad lot of opportunities out
there you know lots of virtual consults
tell health is becoming a much bigger
thing so there are a lot of
opportunities to land these jobs in the
remote world all right so next on the
list is going to be a payment posting
specialist and here's something most
people don't realize Healthcare
Providers are losing millions of dollars
every year just from payment posting
errors we're talking about money
actually received but not properly
tracked in their systems and believe it
or not this is actually a massive issue
especially with bigger companies and
what you're actually doing in this role
is playing Financial detective every
time an insurance company sends a
payment it needs to be matched correctly
to patient accounts sounds simple right
well the interesting part is each
insurance company sends payments
differently and one wrong move can throw
off the entire Hospital's Revenue so
your day involves working with
electronic Payment Systems to match
insurance claims to the right accounts
and verify that the payment amounts are
correct and figure out why payments
might be different from what was
expected but here's what makes this
position valuable hospitals literally
can't close their books until all
payments are properly posted generally
speaking on the internet say that this
is one of those roles where it's kind of
structured you're relatively independent
there's fewer day-to-day demands and
it's just relatively understood what
your job is and what you need to do and
it pays about $16 to $23 an hour and you
can literally save the hospital like
$300,000 a year doing a good job so that
justifies your $50 to $60,000 a year
paycheck next is a prior authorization
coordinator and here's something wild
the healthcare industry is losing $31
billion yearly just from authorization
issues and that's where you come in now
here's what the job involves
coordinating with insurance companies
for procedure approvals submitting
required documentation tracking
authorization status and preventing
procedure denials so if you're not
familiar with a prior authorization is
it's basically where they have to submit
a prior authorization to make sure that
the insurance company covers like a
medication or a procedure Etc and the
reason why it's called a prior
authorization is because you have to to
do it before the medication is dispensed
or before the surgery is done and in
this position you make about $17 to $25
an hour and hospitals and companies are
desperate to fill these positions
because without proper authorization
they don't get paid period I declare
bankruptcy so this is yet another one of
those medical related careers I know I
talk about these all the time on the
channel a bunch of them were even in
this video where they Niche careers but
there's a lot of opportunity and next is
a remote title processor and this one is
fascinating because it's a hidden
opportunity in real estate that nobody
really talks about and by the way real
estate is probably the number one
industry in the entire world so there's
a lot of money in real estate and
there's a lot of opportunity and it
really doesn't matter if it's a
million-dollar Mansion or a small condo
there's still need for this position and
you're basically the person who makes
sure properties can legally be sold so
you're reviewing the property
documentation checking for leans or
legal issues and processing title orders
but here's what makes this position
valuable one mistake could cost the
company millions in legal issues one
title processor for instance shared that
their favorite part of the job is the
sense of accomplishment after organizing
and finalizing complex property
documents and while the work can
sometimes feel repetitive the clear
processes and structure make it
rewarding for those who enjoy detail
oriented tasks and you get paid about
$16 to $25 an hour and once you
understand title processing you can
easily move up to 50 to $70,000 a year
and there are other higher level
positions you can get into as well so
yeah really good stuff as a reminder I
have a full list of resources that can
train you give you the knowledge that
you need to land these different jobs
and that's a great way for you to skill
up and I put that down in the
description in the pin comment below
additionally I have kind of a crash
course or a guide that will help you to
actually land the remote job so this is
more of the application part and doing
the interviews Etc and you can check
that out down in the description of the
pin comment below as well and you can
also check out a bunch of other jobs
that are relatively easy to get hired
for which I put in this video right here
