dark spots are the thing that I deal with I get a pimple and then it goes dark and that's why a lot of us wear Foundation cuz we just want to even it out this device is for removing dark spots on your combination hybrid of laser and light this device treats age spots sunspots spots that come from hormonal changes and can cause like pigmentation around the mouth it also treats those pimples that are like going to be there for 2 months even though it's healed but there's like a dark spot it'll treat that too and then you have an overall photo Rejuvenation effect brighter skin the skin that you have before all of the damage outside of the tone of the skin there's another benefit along the nose and anywhere where you have blackheads DPL reaches deep into the pores and destroys those blackheads essentially so let's open the box let's look at the thing it is so cool and it's really exciting okay let's go so beautiful this box comes packaged so good it has this soft matte case that's a leather like fabric this is good for storage and it's great of course when you first open it it's such a good presentation this is where you have your power adapter this takes a lot of power so you need that power adapter as well as a power cord and then of course the device itself and then along with your package you get the extra accessories two very important things which is the eye protection the eye protection is really important CU we're working with both intense Light and Laser plus the manual and it's really important to read through these manuals so so many times with so many things skincare devices or literally anything I just skip through the manual definitely I have learned it is so important to read them and to see how the device is supposed to be used and just learn everything that you wouldn't know had you not read the manual the device itself is very pretty I got this emerald green and it has this really shiny beautiful effect I really like the color here there are two buttons the power and these little lightning bolts one is for power and the settings and then the other is for one of the features autoglide if you press this down and you hold it it'll turn on that little lightning bolt on the screen and then as you tap this along your skin the flashes will go off as soon as it makes contact with your skin so you can use this really easily and just press press press press press one of the best features outside of this just being easy and comfortable to use very importantly this device has Sapphire cooling technology so this actual treatment window is Ice Cold against your skin which does two things makes it very comfortable to use it's very cold like an ice cube that way the heat doesn't go on the top of your skin but it goes directly where it needs to be and then you're totally comfortable while you're using it that power button is going to control what mode you're on there are three modes you can choose from there's redness which you could use for your cheeks I get capillaries around my nose and the DPL goes right at the right depth into the skin wherever you have those capillaries you can use redness mode to remove the redness the next mode is bright SLP mode so I'll use this all over my face and especially on my nose all over to brighten tighten this will stimulate collagen and then there's that third mode which is power and this is only supposed to be used for those areas where you have dark spots or acne scarring and that is a spot treatment not for your whole face so I'll use the brighten SLP mode and that can go all over redness right where I need it and then spot treat with power mode using this device is really simple all you have to do is start with Clean Skin no makeup no SPF no skin care products and with your Clean Skin select the setting that you want to use and you can use it on brighten pore mode for your whole face so I'll essentially put it on autoglide and I always start along the jawline treating along there even underneath the jawline because this really does have a significant tightening effect to the pores and to your overall face so I do like to treat along the jawline and along the chin and then I start working up towards the cheeks and of course my forehead my favorite area to treat is my nose because this really does help so much not only with the dark spots but also with my pores and then after don't use any acids or anything that is active but rather use like a calming or soothing type of product whether it's aloe vera gel or a sheet mask anything that is not active you don't want to add an active after doing this and you can do this treatment to two to three times a week until you get your results once you're done doing your treatments you only need to maintain your skin like a little bit and so it's really good to be able to pass this on to someone your sister your mom so that somebody else could use it too and this is just like a care tip that's good for like any any high power device once you turn this device off this goes for any device that has a lot of power when it is still on Don't Unplug it you can hear like an audible sound of the power do not unplug it while that sound is still being made so even when I turn this off it'll take about 60 seconds and once that power is truly then you can unplug and disconnect and that's just an electrical tip for any device just to keep them in absolute top shape for like years to come up until now you couldn't do photo Rejuvenation at home you could only do it with IPL at the clinic or DPL
