At Home Skincare Facial | Fire & Ice

hi everyone welcome back to my Channel today let's do a fire and ice facial at home this is like a spa facial and it's heated because there's steam but also because of the treatment we're doing it gets a little warm I'm also going to be using ice so this facial is sensory but most importantly the type of facial that we're doing today is beauty boosting if you will you know there's a few types of facials that you can get especially if you go to the salon between the extractions or some of the skin care treatments you do during a spa facial your skin can actually get worse before it gets better and that doesn't mean that extractions during a facial are bad but some of these treatments you need a little downtime but when you have something where you want to look beautiful and it's happening in a few days you might might want to do a facial like this this is a micro infusion facial where we're going to be using micro needles to infuse hydrating and Plumping serum finishing off with ice cold massage first I'm going to lay out each skin care step and I like to place these in order so that they're easy to reach when you do your own facials at home you start to find out what works well you're treating Plus relaxing it's a very careful art cuz you are both the service provider and your own customer if you will now with Clean Hands I'm going to start treating and using a cleanser as a first step my skin is softening under this Steam and that makes it easier to spread the cleanser all over my face but I have a little bowl to Rel lather and that's important to do taking a little more time with a cleansing step especially during a facial now I'm going to rinse my hands and remove all of this foamy cleanser doing two cleanse steps is Awesome with a facial because I'm going to be able to improve the texture of the surface of my skin and also receive everything we're putting on top so I'm going to use this rice enzyme powder when you add a few drops of water it feels very foamy and bubbly but also very gritty and this will remove and exfoliate so so gently the top layer any dead skin that's sitting on the surface layer but it's gentle enough that the skin isn't going to be irritated after now I'm going to press my facial tissue in I thought that these were so cool they are very strong and they only break when they're soaking wet awesome for at home facials where you just want to wipe off off what you're using on your skin I'm sitting with some steam to relax and drinking some water because hydration pairs beautifully with good health and skin care now I prepared the treatment that we're doing today before we got started this is a micro infusion facial system by cure not your average micro needle because these needles in this set are Hollow body inflammation improving skin and I thought it would be wise to use this while we do the fiery part of this facial it's not heated or anything but any time you do a little micro needling it can get a little warm because those little needles really bring the blood flow to the surface of your skin I work in sections starting with the middle of my face I'll push it out and there's still a lot of serum left when I've done my whole lower face from the eyelids down and I'm going to use this on my neck and jawline right after this treatment is done the serum is infused into your skin and it's sitting there and on top as well so I like to leave it on like this overnight but those little drops little little droplets of blood will be gone by the morning and my skin is plumper and firmer and more beautiful and glowy in the morning this is best timed to to 3 days before something special like a party or your birthday now we don't need to add any more product but I am going to do an ice massage which is excellent for lymphatic drainage and sculpting the face but also so soothing after this micro needling and this completes the whole facial I won't need to cleanse my skin again before
