How's it going everybody? I'm Nikki Delventhal and this is my dog Camper Delventhal.
We live in a 2006 Toyota Prius and we're here to take you along on the wild ride.
So fasten up your seat belts and let's have some fun.
Don't forget if you like what you see, like, subscribe,
comment, share with your friends and turn on notifications. Camper and I would be so thankful.
On last week's episode, Hotel Prius continues the journey northwest, making our way through
West Virginia. Here we take you to one of the local towns for breakfast, then go exploring
around Blackwater Falls State Park, showing you our favorite nature walks, waterfalls,
beaches, and my favorite viewpoint in the area. Ready? Leaving off, bunking up at the State
Park's campground, ready for another full day of adventure. All right, I think somebody wants
to go outside. Okay, so living in a car, the whole idea is every like 48 hours you need to
completely reorganize or it is chaos.
Okay, break's over. Everything falls out.
Oh, it's raining. Now the sheet is not at all attractive, but it does keep everything clean
during the day when Camper and I come in from hikes and stuff. I love it.
All right, we're gonna make some coffee over here.
Okay, maybe it is raining a little bit. We got some watermarks.
A little rain never hurt anybody.
I got that one a little wet today. Smells like coffee. A little too hot. So much for organizing.
Rain is starting to come in. I don't even care. This is what life is about.
Camera loves you. Camera loves you, darling.
All right, it's raining. Good boy. All right, instead of making breakfast this morning because
it's never really that fun in the rain, I think we're gonna go check out the local town
and buy some breakfast there.
This is adorable. This is the cutest shopping strip ever. All right,
we're gonna get some more coffee and some breakfast and just window shop.
What do you think? This one? That is a yes. You want to read some of this?
After we ate, we got to know the town a little bit better.
We cleaned up and hit the road, making our way through the mountains and the heavy rain
in hopes it would clear up and that a spot would be available at my favorite camp spot in West
friends, not gonna lie, we didn't exactly hit jackpot on weather today. It's raining very hard,
but hopefully the sun will poke out soon. Worst case, we go swimming in the rain. I like this.
The water's actually not that cold. I think we're gonna go swimming anyways. Heck yeah.
You know bad weather's not gonna stop us. Swimming in the rain. Let's go. It is raining.
Our rain dance worked. It's not raining anymore.
All right, it might stay nice enough out to go on a hike. Let's try it. Thank you.
Down right here. In you go. All right, right down here is a trailhead.
Let's hope this weather lasts. Okay, camper, look both ways. Now that looks like a good swim spot.
All right, after our hike, that's where we're swimming.
Whoa, we're close. So there you go, the lowest part of the cave on this walk.
It's a little over 5'8". Why do I keep patting my head? It didn't scare you? Okay. All right,
we had a successful hike. Still hasn't rained or anything. We just got so lucky.
It said 90% chance rain all day today and we're in the clear. Heck yeah.
We have the whole beach area to ourselves. Are you kidding me? Yes. This is the deepest he's ever gone.
Woo!
All right, normally that would be my shower for the day, but we paid for a campground,
so we are going to utilize the hot shower. At least I hope it's hot. To the showers. Come on.
Let's go. All right, should we add anything else to the drying racks?
I love this spot. Do you guys see what I'm talking about, organizing every 24 to 48 hours?
It is already a mess. That's why my arms are so jacked, moving this thing every day. It's
so freaking heavy. Well, I guess we know what I'm having. Like every freaking day in my life.
I just love salad so much. It's my favorite food. You guys think I could do all this in one sweep?
And this. And this.
We don't need that. We're fine. I'm gonna get you guys. All right.
I would say Guinness Book of World Records. Maybe? Sure. You guys, I do understand that I eat salad
every freaking day. Creature of habit. What can I say? And for my next trick,
