U.S. Navy mk7 helmet

A look at a surprisingly common but surprisingly little known navy mk7 kevlar helmet designed for the navy in late 80's. This helmet was designed to fit all sailors and be a very easy grab and go form of protection. This is also one of the largest helmets as far as dimensions go in my collection. Overall the helmet will go into the history and use of this American composite helmet and why the came about as well as compare it to some of its u.s. Compatriots.
