These Fluffy and Moist Milk Cupcakes are perfect for a winter snack


➤ Ingredients
1 egg
1g salt
3g vanilla extract (optional)
60g sugar
110g cake flour(soft flour)
4g baking powder
85g milk
10g unsalted butter


➤ Tips
Melt unsalted butter before use
Vanilla extract can be omitted, but I highly recommend adding it
Don't forget to put it on the steamer when the water boils
