Indulge in these delicious no bake protein balls, the ultimate healthy snack to meet all your fitness and craving needs. Infused with the goodness of peanut butter and oats, these power balls are enriched with chocolate protein powder, honey, cinnamon, and a sprinkling of a finely chopped sea salt chocolate bar. They'll fuel your workouts and satiate your cravings at any time of the day.

Here's the quick and easy recipe for these protein-packed delights:

Ingredients:
– 2 Cups Gluten-Free Oats
– 1 Cup Adams Chunky Peanut Butter (You can use smooth if preferred. Opt for NATURAL peanut butter for optimal consistency)
– 2/3 Cup Honey (We love the honey from Costco + it will save you some $$$)
– 1 Scoop Whey Isolate Protein Powder (Vanilla or Chocolate))
– 1 Scoop Collagen Powder
– 1 tsp Cinnamon
– 1 Endangered Species Dark Chocolate Bar with Sea Salt and Almonds (Feel free to experiment with other premium sea salt chocolate bars)

Instructions:

In a large bowl, blend the oats, peanut butter, honey, protein powder, collagen, and cinnamon using a hand mixer or Kitchen Aid Stand Mixer until well-combined.

Adjust the mixture's consistency as needed. If it feels dry, add honey, one tablespoon at a time. If it's too sticky, add more protein powder, collagen, or oats in small amounts.

Once you achieve the desired consistency, form 2" balls using a spoon or your hands. Place them in a container. For uniform size and added visual appeal, use a 2" cookie or ice cream scoop.

Refrigerate the protein balls for at least two hours before enjoying. Always store them in the refrigerator when not being consumed.

These protein balls taste best when made with high-quality ingredients. Enjoy them as a pre-workout or post-workout snack, or whenever you need a quick, healthy snack.
