As of 2025, the price has dropped to $19.5 million, marking a significant discount on this one-of-a-kind property. Ivana made her six-story home into a mini-Baroque palace, boasting crystal chandeliers, gilded paneling, silky fabrics, and much more. Highlights included five bedrooms, an elevator with access to every floor, and a leopard room, just to name a few. After over two years on the market, Ivana Trump's former residence continues to struggle in finding the right buyer. First listed for $26.5 million in 2022, the price was reduced by $4 million last year. Now the five-bedroom, six-bath property has dropped even further to $19.5 million in hopes of attracting a new owner. Located on the Upper East Side in New York City, this 8,725-square-foot townhome was originally built in 1899, and features stunning Beaux-Arts architecture. This includes a mansard roof, limestone cladding, and a regaled column front. Ivana transformed the six-story space into a Baroque-style palace during her time, full of crystal chandeliers, gold detailing, ornate crown molding, and custom millwork. An elevator stops on every floor, making it easy to access all of the home's luxury spaces. The grand staircase on the first level leads up to the second floor, where the living room features soaring ceilings, a fireplace, and intricate wood panels. The dining room, inspired by the Palace of Versailles, boasts gold fabric-covered walls, giving it an ultra-luxurious feel. The entire third floor was dedicated to the masters, featuring an elaborate, hand-painted mural, gold-embossed fireplace, and a private terrace. There's also an ensuite bathroom covered in pink onyx marble. Ivana referred to the sitting room as the Leopard, a space that featured a striking black and gold ornate fireplace, along with an elegant empire desk where she often took business calls. However, her actual office was located two floors below. When she moved in, much of the townhome, which was originally built in 1924, was completely renovated. One feature she preserved was the stunning curved staircase. She once said, we have to redo the railing. The mural was created by artists flown in from Italy. It's painted to resemble a balcony overlooking French Roman Garden. Other highlights include a media room with a kitchen next door, a private gym, a Swedish sauna, and 700 square feet of outdoor space. Location-wise, this townhome is prime real estate, sitting just blocks from world-class institutions like the Met, Frick Collection, and the Guggenheim Museum. Even Central Park and upscale boutiques along Madison Avenue are just steps away. Ivana originally purchased the home for $2.5 million in 1992, following her highly publicized divorce from Donald Trump. It was here she raised her three children, Donald Jr, Ivanka, and Eric. And it was also here where she tragically passed away in 2022 at the age of 73 after a fall. Aside from her beloved New York townhouse, Ivana owns several other luxury property, including a Palm Beach estate and a former mansion in Greenwich. Ivana's former oceanfront retreat in Palm Beach changed hands in recent years for $73 million. She originally purchased it in 1984 for $4.4 million before selling it for $16.6 million in 2014. The estate, built by architect Addison Mizner, spanned over 12,300 square feet. It also featured 9 bedrooms, 9 full baths, and breathtaking ocean views. The interiors here had a moorish design with soaring wood beam ceilings, vintage chandeliers, and a grand dining hall. Outside the lush pool area and sprawling greenery made it feel like a true tropical oasis. Back in the 1980s, Ivana and Donald Trump also lived in a massive 20,000 square foot mansion in Greenwich, Connecticut. This place overlooked the Indian Harbor. The estate, built in 1939, sat on 6 acres of land and featured a private dock, a tennis court, and a guest house with an indoor pool. Ivana sold this mansion in 1998 for $15 million after the couple's divorce. The following owners toned down the opulent gold decor, opting for a more relaxed yet elegant style.
