The 2,300-square-foot Pacific Palisades hillside retreat, purchased for $2.52 million in 2017, featured sweeping canyon views, crystal-lined decks, oversized self-portraits, a steam room, and Heidi's Birkin-filled walk-in closet. It was the home where they raised two sons and filmed The Hills: New Beginnings, until the January 2025 wildfires reduced it to ash while Spencer watched on his phone via live security camera feed.

Dropped by their insurer just four months prior, facing a $5 million rebuild on a $1 million payout, and now suing the city of LA over empty fire hydrants, Speidi's story is far from over.
