Join me for a quick 5 minute INTENSE core workout that will sculpt and strengthen your abs. For this ab slider home workout, if you don't have sliders at home you can always use two small towels, paper plates, or you could even throw on a pair of thick socks. Anything that will help you glide across the floor as we work our ab muscles. Intervals will be 30 seconds on and 10 seconds rest. So let's get toning your core!
