Delightful Japanese Curry

Hello everyone. Today I'm going to make Japanese curry. Now in Japan people love curry from the children to old age and interesting thing is we normally use instant curry roux Maybe you can find in the supermarket here too and I used to use it too but one day I tried make roux myself following one of the cooking book and I found the taste is much nicer So now I make roux myself so today I'm going to show you. Also I will make today a chicken curry So we have a chicken and onion and carrot and potato. So let's start cooking So this is my Japanese curry. I hope you enjoyed cooking with me today Now instead using chicken you can put pork and also a few people love making cutlet like a pork cutlet and you can pour this roux around them so you can have with rice or bread and some ginger and you can have in lunch time or dinner or both.
