
BACIATA ITALIAN PIZZA with Stracciatella Mortadella and Pistachios CROCANT OUT, HOMEMADE.
Crispy on the outside and soft and honeycombed on the inside, BACIATA ITALIAN PIZZA is a white pizza that once baked is stuffed with whatever you prefer. For the pizza base recipe, I used my classic recipe, but the secret to a well-veined pizza is beautiful workmanship. A light and crispy dough, which can also be made by hand without the use of the planetary, you just need a little patience to respect the rising time. Everyone really likes kissed pizza!
π I chose to stuff the PIZZA BACIATA with stracciatella, Mortadella, pistachio granola and arugula but you can choose the ingredients you like best.
π INGREDIENTS:
( for 8 pizzas - you can freeze them empty)
1 kg flour 0
560 ml water
7 gr brewer's yeast (dehydrated)
20 gr salt
20 gr sugar
50 ml extra virgin olive oil
Mortadella
Stracciatella
Pistachio grain
Arugula
