no one gave me this Playbook it's almost
like it was woven into my existence
shaping every thought an action I
make I don't know why I am the way I am
I'm just programmed this way
psychologist say it's because I have
narcissistic personality disorder
characterized by an inflated sense of
self-importance lack of empathy and a
constant need for
admiration and that narcissists read
from this same manual even though nobody
gives us that manual this means that the
phrases I use and the way I navigate the
world may be eerily familiar to other
narcissists what compels me now is an
unwavering desire to expose the cryptic
language wielded by us
narcissists those phrases that sew seeds
of doubt and despair keep watching to
uncover the hidden motives behind our
words as I shine a light on the Shadows
we cast whether you felt the sting of
our manipulation or are questioning your
own behavior this video is a Lifeline of
understanding for you or someone you
hold
dear the Charmers web we use our charm
to suck you into a cycle of manipulation
and abuse that will leave you
questioning the essence of your
capabilities Step One is the flattery
trap you'll hear us declare our our love
for you it usually sounds like us
telling you that you're my soulmate or
you're the most amazing person we've
ever met after only knowing you briefly
we'll then shower you with empathy and
you'll hear us utter these words often
saying I understand exactly how you feel
but be aware this is a manipulation
technique Called Love bombing we're
appealing to your soft side so that what
we do next takes you off guard while
while we charm you we ensure part of our
Allure is our success and importance and
you'll consistently hear us talk about
how we're the best at anything we
do the captive
web only once we're confident that we've
hooked you that you've fallen for us and
our charms will we begin using our
controlling tactics we'll make you
question yourself on such a deep level
that you will start questioning your
sanity and decision making abilities we
achieve this by saying you're imagining
things that never happened a clear
example of gaslighting we'll then shift
the blame for anything that goes wrong
onto others but mostly onto you you'll
hear us say you made me do this we'll
manipulate you to always think it's your
fault and that we deserve your Forever
sympathy when we repeatedly say you're
the reason I'm unhappy we know how to
keep you in this captive web by
interweaving affection because we know
you need to believe that the
relationship is worth

video the discarded web as narcissists
we're highly
insecure we have this inner critical
voice that must be directed at putting
down others because that's the only way
we can feel okay that means that when
the captive web has worn out our victims
and they have nothing left to give to
feed our constant need for praise and
validation we move on to the next person
who will this is when we will devalue
you and the relationship we shared
you'll hear us say things like you're
lucky I even put up with you and before
we leave we'll fill our egos by harming
your self-esteem leaving the
relationship by saying that you're
worthless without us the healing
cocoon it can feel impossible to leave a
narcissist which is why caring for your
well-being and sense of self is
imperative and the best defense against
a narcissist is leaving a narcissist but
