Welcome to day 7 of our Home Yoga Challenge!!
Congratulations on making it to day 7! Today we finish off our week together with a 10 minute Self Love Affirmations Meditation. In this meditation practice, I share with you a few of my favorite powerful and positive affirmations, collected from various other mediation teachers and some of my own creations.
Simply stating these affirmations to yourself will open up doorways to deeper compassion and connection with your inner peace. This quick 10-minute self-love exercise is incredibly healing and allows us to serve ourselves, set boundaries, and enables us to trust and move inflow and sync with our lives and the universe.
