Making Vietnamese Fried Spring Rolls with Herbs from Our Garden #MealtimeTogetherS2

Spring rolls are very popular in Vietnam. There are different types of spring rolls and here is one of them. We use pork, arrowroot vermicelli, carrots, eggs, wood ear mushrooms, and herbs from our garden, such as green onion, coriander, sweet basil. The wood ear mushrooms are also from the garden. What a wonderful life in the countryside! (^^)
