
Deep Sleep Meditation Music - 1 Hour | Delta Binaural
This video is 1 Hour of meditation music designed to help you achieve a deep, relaxing sleep.
This Meditation Music uses binaural beats and will help you with deep sleep and to relax your mind and body as you drift off into calm, relaxed, healing sleep, usually within minutes.
This audio was created with a special technical procedure to create the Binaural beats to synchronize your brainwaves at the delta frequency to obtain delta sleep fast.
Some quick tips to help you get you get the most out of this:
1) Get in the most comfortable position possible, close your eyes, and take a few deep breaths to settle yourself down. Let thoughts come and go. Feel yourself breathing and relaxing your body with each breath.
2) Become absorbed by the deep sleep meditation music. Let it engulf you.
3) Do a relaxation full body scan. Starting with the feet, feel each foot and then imagine light going through them to release and dissolve any tension, then proceed up to the calves, then the knees, and behind the knees (people tend to store tension behind the knees, so be sure to scan this area and release the tension. Just let it dissolve away! Then proceed to the upper legs, groin, buttocks, back, abdomen (another area where tension is easily stored). Then move to the chest, shoulders, throat (outside and inside), your neck, chin, cheeks, mouth. Now scan and release tension from the eyes and eyelids, forehead, and finally the entire head.
4) The above scan would count as one "round". Sometimes one round is enough, but feel free to start again if necessary.
