干辣椒 50g dried hot chili pepper
辣椒碎 35g crushed dried hot pepper
碎花生 40g crushed peanuts
碎核桃 20g crushed walnuts
白芝麻 20g white sesame
卡宴椒粉 3 tbs cayenne pepper
辣椒粉 2 tbs chili powder
鹽 1/2 tsp salt
糖 1/2 tsp sugar
牛至 oregano
料酒 1 tbs cooking wine
香油 1 tbs sesame oil
