Hello everyone! I'm Ryusei. Today, I introduced japanese traditional and seasonal menu, "Nanakusagayu". Actually, it's difficult to get the all ingredients. But, you can use other vegetables instead of "Haru no Nanakusa"(春の七草). For example, spinach, arugula and radish leaves. I hope you'l enjoy japanese rice porridge.
