Revelation & Awakening: Solution to the hard problem of Consciousness

The hard problem of consciousness is impossible to solve if you assume that matter is fundamental. Matter is fundamental. In other words, matter is the ontological primitive of the universe. Then it becomes very difficult to explain how force fields, matter, space-time, gravity and the quantum field creates experience. How does the activity of particles, atoms, force fields and gravity create experience, this experience? Of course you are having an experience because of electromagnetic transmission through the internet right now. But what's happening in your brain is electrochemical activity. You are not experiencing colors, sensations, forms, sounds, tastes, thoughts, feelings, emotions, insight, inspiration, vision, transcendence. And if you experience that, how does that happen? How do force fields, atoms and particles create that? That's the hard problem and as I said, it's impossible to solve if you assume there is a substance called matter. Now nobody has ever proved that a substance called matter exists. What we call matter is a human name, including force fields, particles, gravity, etc. Human names for modes of knowing and experience in formless consciousness. So once you recognize that, then you recognize the Vedantic and Kashmir Shaivism wisdom tradition as having solved the hard problem. Consciousness, which is chitta, fluctuates as vritti, ripples, excitations, fluctuations, vibrations that appear on the screen of consciousness as sensations, images, feelings, thoughts, perceptions. Given a story, we call it space-time, energy, information and matter. Hard problem solved.
