2016 DVD - Fieldwork

One of the highlights of our annual show is our fieldwork and threshing demonstrations. We plant in the spring, and harvest during our show in the nearby fields. Using technology from yesterday, we combine the wheat, and bundle some of it for use in our threshing demonstrations, and the rest is baled. After, we make another pass in the fields with our gas and steam engines, pulling plows thru the dirt to open it up.
