We are making spicy beef curry puffs.
First, dice some onions and potatoes. I'm using frozen vegetables to make things quicker.
Saute the onions for about 5 minutes. Then add garlic and ginger.
Continue to saute for about 1 to 2 minutes. Then add the spices.
I like adding some chili too. Saute the spices for about 30 seconds.
Add beef and saute the beef for about 8 minutes or until brown.
Season with salt and chicken powder.
Add potatoes and cook them for about 15 minutes or until they are half cooked.
Then add frozen vegetables and continue to cook for a few more minutes.
Check the seasoning and adjust if needed.
The filling is ready when everything is nice and soft.
Take it off the stove and let it cool down completely.
I'm using the ready-made puff pastry.
Roll them into triangles and brush on the egg wash. Sprinkle some sesame seeds.
Bake in the oven for about 15 minutes or until they are golden brown.
Then we're done!
