The Combine Harvester, a marvel of engineering, transforming golden fields into bountiful
harvests. From humble beginnings to technological marvels, the Combine Harvester has revolutionized
agriculture. The Combine Harvester, a high-tech workhorse that harvests crops with incredible
speed and precision. And here are some of today's largest Combine Harvesters in 2024.
Case IH is launching the AF11 Combine, an industry-leading powerhouse purposefully
redesigned from the ground up to maximize time in the field. The AF11 brings together
runtime advancements through speed and technology to maximize infield productivity in this 775
horsepower machine. By coupling Case IH's first-ever dual rotor, the AFXL2, with an
active and dynamic cleaning system, the AF11 delivers industry-leading capacity.
The AF11 builds upon axial flow strength and heritage, providing matched capacity from
header to spreader. The speed and throughput are delivered with consistent crop flow,
reduced grain loss, and radar-controlled residue management. The AF11 boasts a 567-bushel grain
tank and a 6-bushel-per-second unload rate, leading stats for a Class 10-plus Combine.
Plus, it delivers improved fuel efficiency and a large fuel tank to keep runtime at a maximum.
The AF11 is the first in the AF series and will offer a number of top-of-the-line technology
focused features, including Case IH's Combine Automation Solution, Harvest Command. The AF11
is offering technology-driven efficiencies to growers, adds Bose. It's about elevating control,
even if the farmer isn't in the driver's seat. The New Holland brand, supplier of some of the
most advanced agricultural machinery, is officially wrapping up the launch and
harvesting demonstrations of its latest CR11 Combine Harvester. The New Holland CR11 Combine
is designed to increase productivity, protect grain quality, minimize losses, and reduce
overall harvesting costs. It is a true revolution in farming, taking harvesting to a new level
through years of development to provide customers with the most cost-effective machine possible.
The CR11 grain tank holds 20,000 liters, with an unloading rate of 210 L slash section.
On the CR11, an option allows unloading speed to be reduced by 50 percent by disengaging the
front cross auger, aiding topping off of trailers. All unloading augers feature a
pivoting spout to aid even filling and allow tractors to keep on track. The CR11 is the 15.9
liter FPT Cursor 16, also a six-cylinder turbocharged unit with a 1,500 liter fuel
capacity. Respective maximum power outputs are 635 horsepower and 775 horsepower.
The new CR11 builds on the success of New Holland's current flagship combine range.
To reduce downtime, a new automated procedure has been developed.
Although the new CR11 Combine is ready to operate at maximum productivity,
New Holland understands that the risk of blockages cannot be completely eliminated.
In the unlikely event that the combine does become jammed, the automatic shutdown procedure
will guide the operator through the shutdown procedure so that the combine is cleared in
minutes rather than hours, without the operator having to leave the cab or make any physical
effort. The improved combine transmission, which has 25 percent fewer drive components
and eliminates all-chain drives, also helps prevent downtime. The John Deere X9 Combine
was foremost designed for large-acre farmers who need more harvesting capacity with no sacrifice
in grain quality and for harvesting in less-than-ideal conditions like high-moisture
corn and tough wheat. These combines deliver an average of 45 percent more harvesting capacity
across all crops, all while using 20 percent less fuel. The X9-1100 can harvest up to 30 acres an
hour in wheat or soybeans, and it can harvest up to 7,200 bushels an hour in high-yielding corn,
which is more than enough to fill seven semi-trailer trucks per hour. These combines
were designed to help customers conquer the ever-increasing yields in a timely and efficient
manner. The X9-1100 Combine will be Deere's largest combine available in terms of capacity
and efficiency. One of the main features and innovations of the new X9 Combine is the dual
separator design. The combine houses two 24-inch rotors with an increased threshing area of 45
percent and an increased separating area of 80 percent for better threshing and separating in
high-volume crops with less grain loss. Keeping with the trend of increased capacity, the combine
10T Combine Harvester is the epitome of the ideal grain harvesting machine from ADCO.
Equipped with tracks available without a steering wheel on request, it demonstrates enviable
performance. The Combine Harvester is controlled via the new IDEAL drive concept, which includes
a convenient joystick. The FENIDEAL 10T Combine Harvester is powered by a six-cylinder manned
engine with a capacity of 16.2 liters. The peak power of the machine is 790 horsepower at 1790
rpm. It complies with the Stage V emission standards. To ensure that the engine has enough
fresh air, the developers equipped it with two air filters on the right side. The total cooling area
is 2.7 square meters, including a reversible fan that changes direction every 10 minutes and an
impeller span of 95 centimeters. The standard fuel tank capacity is 1,250 liters. Versions with
1,000 liters and 1,500 liters are available as options. The FENIDEAL 10T Combine Harvester has
a 1.4 m wide chassis and dual helix threshing rotors, which are familiar to farmers from
previous models. The throughput of the machine has increased by 15% compared to its smaller
brothers. In the rear part of the rotors, the new Combine, unlike the 9th generation, has all the
separator sieves open. Under them are two chute boards, through which the threshed mass is evenly
fed to the sieve stand. The 10th model has only four channels instead of six. The double fall
stages are made in the shape of the letter U. The IDEAL 10 is also distinguished by active
rotary straw distributors, which ensure its careful distribution when using wide grip headers.
The CLAWSELECTION 8900 is a Combine Harvester designed for efficiency and productivity in
large-scale farming operations. Powered by a 790-horsepower MAN ENGINE six-cylinder inline,
turbocharged, it features the APS SYNFLOW HYBRID threshing system, which combines superior grain
quality with high throughput. With a massive 18,000-liter grain tank, rapid 180 liters per
second unloading speed, and compatibility with headers up to 45 feet wide, the LECTION 8900
ensures minimal downtime and performance in the field. Enhanced operator comfort,
advanced technology integration with the SABY system, and options like the TERRA-TRAK system
for reduced soil compaction make this harvester a powerful and versatile choice. The Combine
sports a large 510-bushel hopper, and it can unload it through a 35-foot auger that can move
grain at up to 5.1 bu per second. The LECTION 8900 is exclusively offered with the TERRA-TRAK
undercarriage for a smooth ride, superior traction, minimal compaction, and excellent
header stability for the biggest farming operations. Kloss offers a wide range of headers
designed to maximize the performance of the high-capacity LECTION 8900 TERRA-TRAK, including
the CONVIO FLEX 1530 with a 50-feet or 15.3m working width and 225mm flex range. This advanced
flex draper features auto belt speed as well as active float operator assistance systems for fast
and efficient crop gathering.
