Hello! Welcome to S&T Chats where I bring you more trending news on Doween.
Alright, let's get started.
Don't forget to like and subscribe.
Yes, that too.
Alright, the first trending news that I want to bring to you guys is that
there has been news of a girl who went to the police station
to open the case against something.
We don't know what. That's not important, right?
So when she got to the police station, the police officer raped her.
And when she tried to sue or when she tried to build a case against this specific police officer,
the people in the same police station brought her to the mental hospital.
So they thought she had a mental issue.
Right.
Because she wanted to sue them.
Right.
So she stayed in the mental hospital for two months.
And then after she came out, she started posting her story,
letting the world know what happened to her.
So in this picture, it basically says in 2022,
she went to the police station to make a case.
But then instead, she got raped by the police officers.
And in the end, she got sent to the mental hospital for two months.
So after she came out of the mental hospital,
she made a Douyin account and she started posting her story.
She started saying she's like,
this is what happened to me when I got sent to the mental hospital.
And then she posted a whole bunch of videos on Douyin.
So yeah, I mean, judging by the videos that she makes,
it doesn't make sense that someone like her has a mental disability.
She doesn't have that mentally disabled kind of look and sound
that would make her go to the mental hospital in the first place.
Right.
So once her account started gaining popularity,
the police came out with a report.
Oh, another blue and white report.
If you don't know what we're talking about,
look at our other videos.
Watch our other videos.
So in the second paragraph of the police report,
it basically says in regards to the rape that she claims,
after taking a look at the text messages between the security,
the neighbor, the parents,
it has said that none of that has happened.
But because the police officer did turn off his camera,
that is something that he wasn't supposed to do.
And we have given him a leave of absence.
Wait, so he turned off his camera?
After she went to him to report the case?
Yeah.
And then so afterwards, we don't know what happened.
We don't know what happened.
But isn't there other cameras?
Exactly.
There's always CCTV cameras in the room.
Exactly.
Especially in a police station.
You need a lot of evidence and proof for a lot of things like this.
Yeah.
And they didn't have any, right?
So then in the second paragraph,
it basically says April 4th, 12, 14 and 21st,
Ms. Li went into the public and shouted that she wanted to kill herself.
And because she displayed mental illnesses at that time,
that is their reason for sending her to the mental hospital.
Okay.
So they thought she has suicidal effects.
Yeah.
But Ms. Li saw this police report and actually made a response.
So basically, to reiterate what she just said,
she actually pulled up in response to her video regarding the police report.
She's like, okay, so first of all, in regards to the rape case,
you say that there's not enough evidence.
Well, obviously, right?
The time has passed.
It was two months after the rape.
Obviously, there's going to be not enough evidence to support that, right?
And then the second thing she pointed out is in the police report,
it says that through the parents' statements,
but she called her parents and then she's like,
hey, did you guys say anything?
But then the parents are like, no, they kept harassing us.
And we didn't pick up their phone.
Yeah, they didn't respond back.
Yeah.
So where are they getting this from?
From the parents?
Exactly.
They didn't say anything at all.
Yeah.
At all.
Yeah.
And then the second thing she pointed out,
so in the four dates, she said on the 14th and on the 21st,
she was standing on the third floor of a building,
but she did not have any suicidal thoughts,
nor did she show that she was going to jump off, right?
And then on the 4th and on the 12th,
she's like, where in the world did they get that numbers from?
Like, where was I?
I don't even remember.
Yeah.
Okay, so in America, it's like police reports are like 100% accurate.
Yeah, or at least there's certain facts to back it.
Yeah.
It needs to be 90% or 8% or let's give it a wee way, 80%.
Yeah.
But this like from her response, it's like coming out of the blue.
Yeah.
Like there's less than 50%.
Yeah.
She's like, where are they getting all this information from?
It's inaccurate.
The thing with Chinese government though.
So basically they can turn, this is not green.
This is black.
Yeah, yeah.
Or they can make, oh, this is growing smoke on top of it.
Like just make up things.
Yeah.
Randomly.
Wow.
And to think that's like an official police statement and report.
Like that's crazy.
Like what can you believe them?
I know.
You can't believe anybody, right?
All right.
So once her account on Douyin started gaining attention,
a lot of, there's this one creator on Douyin that made a video about it.
And then the thing that was said in that video is so to the point.
And we're going to bring up for you right now.
So basically in that video, they said that the mental hospital has its own policies.
It basically says that if you are sad and if you are depressed, then you have depression.
Big depression.
And if you are happy and very excited, then you have.
Extreme hyperness.
Yeah.
And if you don't have either, then you are.
Dumb.
Basically.
So there's always something that fits your category to be admitted to this mental hospital.
Right.
Because the mental hospital is like, if you don't have any problems, then why are you here?
You have to have some.
Yeah.
You have to have some sort of problems.
I think we all have some kind of problem.
So this particular mental hospital is under fire also because of her videos, right?
At the two months that she was at the mental hospital,
she actually uncovered dirty secrets about the mental hospital that she made a lot of
videos on for it.
Right.
So I feel like this can be made into a movie.
Yeah, I know, right?
So on her Douyin page, she actually lists 10 different secrets that the hospital is doing.
So out of the 10, we're just going to name a couple, right?
So there's forcibly giving medicine to those who don't need it.
There's also doing drug tests on humans, on their patients.
So once she came out of the hospital, she actually filed a case against the two entities, right?
And in China, your case, once you submit your case, you only get two years on that case, right?
So the case is valid for two years.
Yes, the case is valid for two years.
But the court actually pushed her case back one and a half year.
Wow.
What's the point?
Yeah, I know, right?
By the time they get to it, they were like, oh, this is expired.
Yeah.
So during this time, she was posting out videos, right?
And then she's just waiting for her case.
She's waiting for that case date, right?
So during this time, it has been said that she actually posted a video on Douyin saying
the person who raped me was blah, blah, blah.
This is his badge number.
It happened on this day.
This is what actually happened.
Like, it's so, so specific, right?
And then after that got posted, she got a visit from 10 police officers.
At her house.
In Chinese, it's called 请喝茶.
Yeah.
So basically, the police officer gave her a visit.
We don't know what they did, what they said, but that post is not there anymore.
Oh, wow.
And in this picture, I don't see anything.
It's like something is blocked.
Yeah.
So that's an umbrella.
That's an umbrella.
Was it raining or snowing?
I don't know.
I can't see any water on that umbrella.
So is it intentional that they're blocking their faces?
Maybe.
You're the judgment.
Yeah, you make the judgment.
So after they visited her, she took down that post.
Oh, wow.
Right?
And then after she took down that post, she actually posted another picture.
So you can't really see the words clearly, but it basically says,
I'm being threatened and harassed every day.
They said they can make me disappear once, and they said they can do it again.
That's so creepy.
I know, right?
And this is the police officers, like people who are supposed to keep you safe also.
I'm not surprised by all of this if it's happening in China,
but it still shocks me how these things actually do happen.
Like, I feel like I only see this kind of thing in a movie.
Yeah, that's creepy.
So what they say, we can make you disappear again.
Does that mean like sending her to the mental hospital?
Or maybe just make her disappear.
Like actual disappear.
So before when she posted the names, the very detailed post,
she actually stopped posting for three days.
For a while.
For a while, right?
And then all of the netizens online were like,
Hey, are you okay?
What happened?
Because she has accumulated like a certain amount of followers
who's interested in her case, right?
So if she magically disappeared, obviously, who are they gonna think?
The good news is she did get her court case approved, right?
So she got a date, right?
So there's two things I want to show you guys in regards to this, right?
So first of all, before she even got to her court case,
on her Douyin page, she actually recorded a video of herself
that shows like everyone.
It's like, okay, hey, if you take a look at this video,
I am not hurting myself.
I have no bruises whatsoever.
So in case like I go to court
and then I mysteriously get any bruises after the court,
then you'll know that it wasn't me
and she didn't say specifically what happened.
But in my mind, it's basically saying
if I get beat up after the court case,
or if I get any bruises,
then you know that it wasn't me and it was them.
But I don't think they're gonna allow her to post the after
if she does get a bruise.
Yeah, there's no post, right?
There's no post in regards to that.
Yeah, but so after her court date,
she also mysteriously got a visit from a mysterious man
who somehow had her address, right?
This is a CCTV video from the outside stairway.
Stairway of her apartment.
So it basically shows this guy like holding a stick
and then like pushing it onto her
and then she's screaming and said,
get this off of me, get this off of me.
And in that same video,
you can see that guy saying,
oh, I'm protecting myself.
I'm protecting myself.
So he's saying, I'm protecting myself.
Ms. Li is saying, let go of me.
And then the guy's saying, no, I'm protecting myself.
I'm protecting myself.
Ms. Li kept saying, let go, let go.
But the guy's not willing to.
And then she started spraying her pepper spray.
And then the guy's like, oh, oh my God,
look, look what she's doing.
Yeah, and we're seeing it from this perspective.
And then he's holding a phone recording from that angle,
which can be used as like evidence
that she is mentally disabled.
Yeah, he's basically painting her
as a mentally disabled girl
who needs to go back to the mental hospital.
Wow, that's crazy.
That's why I always look at different angles of the story.
Yeah, so that's what's happening right now.
Are there any updates?
I mean, I just went onto her page
and as of now, there's no updates in regards to her case.
How long has it been?
So in the latest video that she posted on December 11th,
she gave us an update basically saying
we are still going on to this case.
I'm not going to ask a lawyer for this case.
I'm going to do it by myself
because I have the knowledge,
I have the ability to do it.
Basically, that's what she's saying.
And no, there's no update regarding her case.
That's her latest video.
So and she hasn't been posting anymore.
She hasn't been posting since December 11th.
It's already December 11th.
Right now, it's December 21st.
So 10 days.
Yeah.
So fingers crossed, you guys.
We're waiting for her update video.
We hope that she gets what she deserves.
I don't think so.
It's the Chinese Communist government.
There's no such thing as...
I do believe things like
when she mentioned about the mental hospital,
like I do believe that
because I do know or read about other articles
about people because of their beliefs
are sent to the mental hospital.
And these people, they're really healthy
and they're sent there
because it's being persecuted in China
because they believe in a religion.
So they have no mental disability or anything.
So I do believe in that aspect
of what she's trying to tell us about.
Yes.
Well, we'll see.
This is it for today's video.
Let us know if you think
there's a bigger conspiracy behind this
or if this is just at face value.
It's very interesting.
Yeah.
Let us know your thoughts in the comments below
and thank you for watching.
We'll see you next time.
Bye.
