2019 Corgi Races.

And Corky's away. Mr. Sir Bean's Wiggle Butt rolling. Angus Fawn. Angus Fawn looks to have got there first. Angus Fawn, I think, may think this is a double lap deal. Flag is up, and Corky's away. Good start for Molly Allen. Molly Allen flies off the mark. Here comes Bruce Olgestein, Corkstein rather. Bruce Corkstein looks to have maybe hit the line first. We'll go back once again and look at the replay, but here's the wire. Oh, very tight. Very close finish. Harrington's call, and runners away. There goes Ivy towards the outside. Looks like Ivy might have jumped in there. Very nice clean run race. And Corky's away. Good start for Bella. Along the inside, Rudy's moving fast. Rudy! Rudy looks to me like Rudy may have just got in there ahead of Bella. And Corky's away. Good start for Sadie Alice's Wonderland. From the outside, it looks like it could have been Bergie, perhaps. Was that Bergie, or was that Tyreon? And Corky's away. Good start for Ringo, came charging off the mark, and no, he didn't make the finish line. Oh, no. What a complete turn of events. We'll have to go and take a review of this now. Chloe. Chloe was the winner. Here we go. Chloe somehow ended up on the inside of the track and snuck in to win it. Let's send them away to the roar of the crowd. Flag is up, and Corky's away. Good start for Angus Fawn. The outside, Angus Fawn was all business and came dashing home in front. What an impressive showing by Angus Fawn. Thank you, Tom. Local dog makes good right here. Look at the treats. The champion corgi is Angus from Auburn. And congratulations, Davis and Marion, the owners. And Edgar Vidal has the championship trophy to present. And it is filled with a few treats in there that Angus wants to get at. So come on over. Show Angus the trophy. Let her dig in. There you go. Let's hear it for our champion corgi dog of 2019. You guys will be back to defend your championship next year here at Emerald Downs. Anything you want to say to the crowd? Thank you guys so much. Our dogs are alive. So we're just sharing the happiness we have with you guys. So thank you. Excellent. Let's hear it one more time for our champion corgi dog here, Angus from Auburn at Emerald Downs.
