So everybody, the holiday season is slowly coming to an end and if you're anything like
me and you wait until the last second to pick up items and gifts and things like that, then
this video is made for you and it's also made for me.
So here are the last minute tech gift ideas that I wanted to share with everybody and
most of these are on Amazon, meaning that they're about one or two days out from a shipping
perspective, and then the other two are not from Amazon, but still, if you order them
within three days of Christmas, then you'll be good to go.
So without further ado, let's talk about these tech products which are absolutely awesome
and some of them are pretty unique.
Let's get into it.
So I'm going to start off here with the Basis Vacuum.
So this one is kind of an interesting one because I've actually had this one for over
two years now at this point and I think if Apple made kind of a portable and handheld
vacuum, this would be the one.
So the Basis Vacuum right now is at $49, which normally I believe it's $80, and it's perfect
for those kind of messes in your car.
I always keep it in there.
It comes with four different attachments.
It has two different speeds, and most importantly, which makes it super easy to keep in the car,
is that it charges via USB-C. So I have a USB-C cable in my car, so I can always charge
it up just in case it does run out of battery, and it provides just enough suction to get
some crumbs and some little tidbits out of the car, and it's very easy to empty and very
easy to take care of, and in those two years, I haven't replaced the filter once, and it's
good to go.
So if you guys need a car vacuum that is aesthetically pleasing, gets the job done, and has strong
suction, this one is a good option for those people that love keeping their car clean but
are also techies.
So the next one is going to be a case for your iPhone, and Spigen makes this case for
an abundance of different iPhones, so don't worry, they got you covered, but I had to
mention this one, A, because of the actual aesthetic.
So if you look at the rear of it, it kind of has outlines of all the different pieces
and components of your iPhone, albeit they are branded by Spigen, but still, you get
to see where the haptic engine is, you get to see where the actual chip is, where the
battery lands, where the MagSafe components are, and I think that's awesome for anybody
that wants to see what's actually inside of your iPhone.
And not only that, but it's ultra slim, ultra protective, made out of TPU plastic, it does
have raised edges for the camera bump, as well as a lip to protect the actual screen
if you are putting it face down, it does have a pill cutout for the camera control button
if you are using an iPhone 16, so keep that in mind, but for $19, it's hard to complain,
especially as a stocking stuffer or as a gift for anybody that's into seeing what the components
look like for your iPhone.
And in that same light, Spigen also has their C1 wallet, which is a MagSafe wallet that
holds up to four different cards, and what I really love about this is that it takes
a page out of the old G3 iMac, and it brings that retro design back to 2024, so it has
this translucent colorway, and they do have color matching options for all the old iMac
G3s, so the one that I have is kind of like the aqua translucent one, it holds up to four
different cards, as I mentioned before, and what I like about this is that it's rigid,
meaning that no matter if you have one card or four cards in there, it's gonna stay the
same size, and don't worry, if you do only have one card in there, it has a little spring
mechanism in there, so if you do have only one card, it's not just gonna fall out because
there's nothing kind of holding it together, so if you do only have that one card, like
I mentioned, it'll still stay in place no matter what.
So this one, by Spigen, to match up with that case, for I believe $23, is a match made in
heaven, and they also have C1 cases for your iPhone, but I kind of like this combo right
now, which I'm mentioning.
So this next one is by a company called Alumnu, and I use a lot of their products, and I've
used them over the years, but this one is one of my absolute favorites, and it's going
to be their 4-in-1 charger that can be used as a stationary charger at your desk or at
your house, or it can be folded down and be used as an actual travel charger.
So what I like about this is two-fold, right?
The first thing is gonna be the aesthetic, obviously.
I mean, just look at this thing.
You can see that it kind of has this cyberpunk-y feel to it, it comes in flat packaging, so
even that is something that's very unique, and like I mentioned, it is a 4-in-1 charger,
and I'll let you know what that fourth charger is, but to start off, you have the main charger,
which is a MagSafe charger that charges up to 15 watts, you then have a spot for your
AirPods or AirPods Pro or any other earbuds that charge wirelessly, you also have your
Apple Watch puck, and one thing I will say, my one gripe with this one is that the Apple
Watch puck doesn't actually stand up, so you do need to have an Apple Watch band that opens
up completely, and you can't have something like a solo band, because, again, then it
won't fit, unfortunately, but that is something to take into consideration, and then lastly,
you have an additional USB-C out port on the rear that does support up to 10 watts of charging,
which for me is perfect, because I like to wear one of those fitness rings, and those
fitness rings bring a proprietary charger, and I can never really charge it on my nightstand,
because my 3-in-1 charger obviously cannot charge that one, but now being able to plug
in a fourth product that isn't really part of that Apple ecosystem is a nice little tidbit
to have.
So this is one of my favorite 4-in-1 chargers if you are looking to gift one, and just,
again, the aesthetic and the design alone is something that I absolutely love.
Next up is going to be another MagSafe wallet, and again, if the C1 wasn't enough for you
in terms of functionality, in terms of how many cars did it fit, then this G03 by Lumnu
is going to be one that's going to check off all of those boxes, because first and
foremost, you can see that the rugged design matches that cyberpunk-y look, and you can
tell that this has more that meets the eye than just being a wallet.
It can fit the most cards that I've ever seen in terms of a MagSafe wallet, it's very similar
to the way that those Ridge wallets are designed, where you can fit up to 12 different cards
in there with no problem whatsoever, there's an elastic band there that extends, it also
comes down, and I've had this one for a little over a year now, and that elastic hasn't really
given at all, which is always good to see, but the elastic is replaceable, and it includes
a replaceable elastic whenever you need to.
It's made out of a combination of carbon fiber and aluminum, and that's why the price point
is a little bit on the higher end, I believe $69, but it's for good reason, because there's
a lot going on in there, and they're trying to keep it as light as possible.
So like I mentioned, you do have the wallet aspect of it, but then you also have a kickstand
that is built in there, then you also have a handheld grip, which is that elastic which
allows you to use this kind of as a loop for your finger to hold onto your phone more securely,
you also have a bottle opener built into there, as well as a mini ruler, and it's also an
RFID blocker, and lastly, it comes with an elastic band, additionally, to add something
like an AirTag on there if that's something that you want to do.
Now if you add an AirTag, it gets a little bit thick, but that's something that you do
have available to you if you want to do that, so this one is one of those multifunctional,
multipurpose MagSafe wallets, which checks off a lot of boxes.
The only thing missing is to put a MagSafe battery pack in there to really kind of do
the all-in-one thing, but then again, it'll get extremely heavy.
But now in that light, if you are looking for a portable battery pack, one of my favorite
has to be the Anker MagGo, which does advertise as being a 35-watt portable power brick, meaning
that it does have 10,000 mAh built into it, which is more than enough to charge your iPhone
at least one time through, has a built-in USB-C cable which supports up to 30 watts
out, which is awesome to see, and then the extra 5 watts of that 35 watts is actually
the built-in Apple Watch charger, which will fast charge your Apple Watch at 5 watts.
And another little cherry on top for those techies at heart is that it has a built-in
LED screen, which allows you to see how much power is being outputted not only in real
time, but also how much power is being inputted if you are charging it via USB-C cable, which
I love to see, and then also it has a percentage of exactly how much battery is left and how
much battery it's gaining.
So again, this is for the techies at heart, and for those people that need a portable
power bank as well that charges your phone and charges it extremely quickly, then it's
something that I'm gonna be bringing with me at all times.
This next one is for those gamers or for those people that, you know, like to use an Xbox
controller with their iOS or iPadOS or even macOS device, and this is gonna be the PowerA
Fusion controller.
And this is kind of specifically made for the Xbox, but like I mentioned, it can work
with any other ones that I mentioned before, and I absolutely love this controller.
Now, I'm not a big gamer, I do play one game, and I do play that game a lot, and I immediately
notice a difference.
I've never really invested in a controller that's more than the controller that comes
with the system itself, and the second that I used this PowerA controller, you felt the
immediate difference.
It was a little bit heavier, you could feel that it was a little bit denser, and I mean
that in a good way, because everything just felt more precise, the trigger buttons, the
actual analog buttons, the D-pad felt good, everything just felt like you were actually
doing something, versus the other one was very rattly, especially with the rumble pack
that was in the one that comes factory with the Xbox itself.
I finally realized why people spend 2x, maybe even 3x as much on just a controller.
This PowerA is $135 on Amazon right now, and I absolutely love everything about it, from
the customization features to the LEDs that are built into it, so you can see that it
kind of changes color, and you can have multiple different colors and different designs on
there at all times, which is awesome to see.
It comes with almost like a MagSafe type charger that you can put on your desk or nightstand,
it acts almost as a nightlight as well if you really wanted to, so overall, I love every
aspect about this thing, and it's actually made it much easier for me to play my game
that I love to play, which again, is NCA 25.
So let me know in the comment down below if you are into gaming like that, or if you just
use whatever the default controller is given to you with the Xbox or PlayStation and things
like that, but definitely check this one out if you guys are in the gaming category.
This next one that I had to include in here is for those people that are building up their
smart home but don't want to spend too much money, because again, HomeKit, compared to
the other smart home ecosystems like Google and Amazon, they are a little bit more expensive,
but if you just want something to be able to turn off and on your lights or a smart
outlet, this 4-pack by Miro is only $32, and I had these all over my house.
If I don't have a smart bulb, then it is using one of these Miro smart outlets, and all you
do is you connect it to your HomeKit, it's very easy to use, you just switch your lights
on and off or whatever you want to switch on and off, and for $32, a 4-pack, I believe
that's an absolute steal.
Now, I do want to bring up a MagSafe stand, so this one by UIG is also kind of multi-purpose.
It acts as a stand, it has a bunch of different articulating arms, and it can also be used
as a finger loop.
I wanted to include this one in there because it is a very slim and easy-to-use kind of
MagSafe accessory that doesn't add a lot of bulk.
Next up, I want to bring up some Apple watch bands for those people that do have Apple
watches, and I'm going to recommend two different ones.
The first one is going to be by Nomad, and it's going to be their black titanium one,
which is the one that I probably wear the most, because it does match my black titanium
new Apple Watch Ultra 2, so to have that kind of color match is absolutely awesome.
Now, we'll say it's a little bit more on the expensive side, I believe it's $300, but you
know that it's well-made, it's made out of actual titanium, and it should last you pretty
much forever, right?
So, as of right now, it has no dings and scratches, and I use it every single day, so I love that
band, and I think it's a worthwhile investment, but if you don't want to spend that, you can
go to UIG again, and they have this kind of rugged, kind of Velcro-style, kind of fabric
material type of Apple watch band, which I do like to use on occasion, and it has these
big titanium kind of sections as well, so it gives you that kind of contrast between
both materials, and that one is $69, and again, it works with pretty much any larger Apple
Watch, it doesn't just have to be the Apple Watch Ultra.
And then two more accessories to finally round this off, I always like to recommend the Raycon
Magic Slim Power Bank, because it is the only power bank that, as of right now that I know
of, that integrates with your iOS, meaning that you can see exactly how much battery
is left on your MagSafe battery pack through the Apple Watch battery widget, which again,
is something that has not been seen with any other MagSafe battery bank, I don't know what
kind of magic they're doing to get this done, but it works, and it works great, it is a
5,000 mAh battery that connects via MagSafe, it's ultra, ultra slim, so again, if you don't
want to have too much weight, and you just want to be able to charge your iPhone on the
go with this guy, it'll top off your iPhone 16 Pro Max at about 80%, which is nice to
see, so if you're looking for a slim battery pack that does integrate with iOS very easily,
definitely recommend this one, and for $39, it's a no-brainer in my opinion.
And then lastly, I have mentioned Espresso, which makes those portable displays, and I
mentioned their $300 kind of budget-friendly one, and they do make their Espresso 17 Pro.
Now, this 17 Pro is a 17-inch monitor versus a 13 or a 15-inch one, which I've mentioned
in previous videos, but also, it actually changes the design a little bit, making it
a little sleeker, making it a little easier to use, and even lighter in weight, and this
one I believe is $700, but it's because you're getting a lot out of it, right?
You're getting a 4K display, it's ultra bright, it's very portable, it comes with their new
Pro Stand, and the way that I like to use it is I recently started using it on my desk
setup as kind of a side vertical monitor to kind of put some other things on the side
there whenever I need to, and it's fully touchscreen, so if you want to use this as a
touchscreen device, you can definitely do that, so I wanted to recommend that one for
those people that need an ultra-premium, 17-inch, ultra-slim, portable monitor that's also
touchscreen and works with macOS beautifully, and it's a single-cable solution, meaning
that it draws power from whatever device you're plugging it into, and it doesn't need its
own power supply in order to work.
Now that will just about do it for this video, everybody.
There's a lot of different accessories, and like I mentioned, these will all be shipped
within three days of the actual holiday's ending, so I definitely wanted to make sure
that all of these are available and in stock and things like that, so if you guys need
some last-minute tech item gift ideas, this video is the reason I made that, and there's
a bunch of different products in different product categories for you guys to choose
from, from cases to MagSafe wallets to portable monitors to chargers to MagSafe batteries,
so you have some options there for you, but that'll do it, everybody.
If you made it to the end, leave a little dolphin in the comments down below so I know
you made it to the end, and if you want to watch more videos like this one, definitely
check out one of these videos right here, and until next time, I'm Fernando, and I'm
out of here, everybody.
Peace.
