Protest before the #ChineseEmbassy in #Germany #HumanRightsDay

Michael Heinisch-Kirch, the Christian civil rights activist from the former East Germany, Holder of Order of Merit of the Federal Republic of Germany, now chairman of the board of the Robert Havemann Society, calls for international support to end the persecution of Falun Gong practitioners in China.

While the #ChineseCommunistParty considers itself to be above the law, the #CCP is well aware that what they have done to millions of #FalunGong practitioners are real crimes according to Chinese law, that’s why the CCP is tryinAg all kinds of methods – both in #China and abroad – to justify the persecution of Falun Gong, which it started on July 20, #1999.

On January 18, 2024, the #EuropeanParliament responded to Mr. Ding Lebin's call for help to free his parents (father: Mr Ding Yuande & mother: Mrs Ma Ruimei), and adopted an EU resolution entitled “The ongoing persecution of Falun Gong practitioners in China, in particular the case of Ding Yuande ((2024/2504(RSP)))” in response to the ongoing state crimes against Falun Gong practitioners in China since July 1999.

Mr. Ding Yuande is being illegally imprisoned in #Shandong Province Prison since March 20, 2024 solely because of his faith in the Chinese spiritual practice Falun Gong that combines meditation and gentle exercises (similar to yoga or tai chi) with a moral philosophy centered on the tenets of Truthfulness Compassion and Tolerance (or in Chinese, Zhen 真, Shan 善, Ren 忍).

The EU Parliament is thus calling for the immediate and unconditional release of his father, Mr. Ding Yuande, and all other Falun Gong practitioners in China. Furthermore, the EU Parliament calls on the EU and its Member States to publicly condemn the abuses in organ transplantation in China.
