🤸🏽♂️🤸🏽♂️Secrets on How to GET and STAY Motivated: https://bit.ly/35VG1Lj
Hey there. I'm super excited to share this with you. This is my favorite conversation.
It's why I wake up in the morning and why I'm excited and it's the way I think I can help more
of you than ever. I'm going to show you four ways that you can buy a business with no money at all
and plus stay tuned because I've got the 5D secrets to making it happen faster and easier
than you thought possible. Anybody can do this. All you have to do is look in the right places.
I know what you're thinking. Oh yeah, I've heard all this. No, it happens. It happened to me
personally where I got businesses for free, literally handed to me. I'll tell you about
that a little bit later. How that one happened is pretty crazy, crazy story, but it happens
everywhere and it can happen in your neighborhood. I'll also tell you about another business that you
could have just picked up that they just closed the doors. Could have picked up a 30 year old
company making $300,000 a year just by showing up. Why do you think I'm still buying businesses?
I'm a person that's not, you know, do what I say, but actually do what I do. Follow my actions.
Words are cheap. Actions are truth and actions create a future and life you can only dream of
right now probably, but this is possible for you here on my channel. My most important thing is
that I'm working with action oriented people on YouTube. In fact, you guys are the most action
oriented audience out there. Buying a business is a smart way to either get active, passive,
or even compounding income. You can prevent you from having to work ever again in your life.
I have over 59 different streams of income that comes in. I want you to have the same.
Think about this. Warren Buffett made a huge portion of his wealth by just buying businesses.
In fact, that is how he became, well, the richest person now like third or something or fourth,
whatever it is, but you won't even have to buy a big business in order to set you free from the
rat race. In fact, small businesses that have been open for a while have the least amount of
risk of any business out there to buy, which is the only businesses I personally invest with.
People email me to do startups. I'm not interested in startups, maybe a franchise that makes a lot
of sense, but not just a straight up franchise. The Lindy effort shows the longer something
exists, the more likely it is to continue to exist. A lot of people would rather go start
their own business and fail than to buy an existing business that succeeds. I never understood this.
For example, I had a carpentry company, 30 years old, making over $300,000 a year. All you had to
do is show up and take the business over for free. Nobody showed up, but within a week span,
there was five cabinet shops that popped up and they could have had this business already done.
The like boulder already rolling downhill. All you had to do is just chase the boulder and do
the work. Now, most of the time people don't want to buy a business because they just don't know how
or they don't have the money to do so. And that's where this video comes in. Well, we're lucky that
we live in America and you're lucky you found me because I'm going to show you four ways, the best
ways to buy a business with zero money down. That's right. You can buy a business and create
a stream of passive income, active income, or even compounding income like I have with zero cents.
Make sure that you stick around and you won't want to miss this video. My name is Andrew Cartwright.
I'm here to help you make money, leverage it, and invest it. I can relate to where you are.
I've been broke and homeless, a multimillionaire, a decamillionaire, on my way to billionaire,
and I love you guys so much. I'm here to help you. I've founded 32 companies in 17 industries
and bought 17, exited five, and right now I'm buying companies with you like I put up the money
in Epic99. The link is in the description. We're buying 99 companies, businesses that are
successful. You'll own 81% and I'll own 19%. I call the fund my money, Dragons and Angels Fund.
I put up the equity and we go into business, buy successful, baby boomer businesses right now,
actionable and going. All you got to do is start looking around and sniffing around. I'm hoping
this video will get you sniffing. Whether you partner with me or you do it yourself, I don't
care. The big thing is I want you to have a brighter future because you deserve it. Also,
don't forget to grab your free stock in the description. If you need a loan for your business,
I got 10 different loans in the description as well. You don't even have to have decent credit
because we don't care what your credit is. In fact, we don't even hard pool your credit. So
make sure you check it out. Got 80 lenders that are pushing money out every single day. So make
sure you check that out. The link is in the description as well. I don't communicate at
all in the comment section. So all my information, email and everything is in the description.
Now, before we can buy a business with zero down, we should probably go over all the ways to even
buy a business in the first place. The first one obviously is just straight up cash. Probably the
easiest, right? Obviously this is the most riskiest way to buy a business since you are
immediately out money and you put down and you have all the freaking risk. Despite all that,
there's a few things that are good about buying a business cash. First off, you probably get a
better deal on the business. I'm talking even half the price of a finance deal. Second, by buying
cash is fast. Once the sale is done, it's done, which also typically keeps owners running for the
hill quickly that sold the business and never talk to you again, which is not good. The bottom
line is a lot of businesses do not qualify for loans because the owner is hiding profits, keeping
accounts separate and committing some kind of fraud one way or the other, or running their entire
business, paying for everything in their personal life through the business. Unbelievable. When I
look at businesses that have four out of five of these businesses, separate bank accounts and run
everything through their business. And those businesses are almost impossible to get a loan
on because they show no money. They show no profit at the end of the day. They didn't get a loan
without making any money. Very difficult. So they have to sell for cash. Although that's not what
you came for in this video, I'm going to go over other ways you can buy the business. Even if the
owner is committing fraud, like those four out of five, it's unbelievable. So if you're selling your
business, pay your taxes so you can get an SBA loan, which is what I'm going to talk about right
here is the best way, the highest amount of money and the bank that'll definitely do your deal. We
do SBA loans all the time. If you watch my channel before, you know, SBA loans is the best case for
you. And you don't want to miss out on getting an SBA loan. You're an American. It's why I stay in
America. An SBA loan is the money that the government will give you. And you can get
anywhere from 90% of the total purchase price, where in a regular deal, you have to put up 20
to 25%. That's right. The government is giving you money to buy a business. How do you think
Intel got started? All your major corporations out there, FedEx, all started with SBA money. Now,
there's the potential drawbacks of this. Since it is a loan, you don't pay it back in full. You'll
be in debt until you do pay it back because you're personally guaranteeing it. Plus, you're more than
likely to pay more than the set price of the business since you're paying interest as well
on that money. So if you paid a million and you got, let's say, 6% interest, you're going to be
paying $60,000 a year in interest. So you're going to pay more for that business. In two years,
you'll pay $120,000 more, right? Not to mention, with a loan, there is a lot less flexibility as
far as the payment goes. On the other hand, this is money that is easier to get than ever. All you
have to do is apply and qualify for a loan to get it. It's that easy. In fact, the more you can't
get money, like you can't get money elsewhere, the easier it is to get that loan. Once you've
got revenue coming in from that business and you've bought it, paying off the loan won't be
much of an issue. In fact, you didn't have the money to begin with. You weren't making that money.
Now you're taking the money you're making and you're just paying down the loan and taking a
salary on top of that. Also, loans tend to be straightforward as well to get. No funky business
with some investor you've got to talk to. Fast money and you pay it back over a set period of
time in payments that you can definitely afford and still make a profit. Now, what if you don't
have the cash up front and you don't want to owe a bank money? If you go to an outside capital
source, a rich friend, or you work with me and Epic99 or other investors, then the purchase may
be a lot easier to do. The hardest part is making these rich connections, first of all, keeping them
happy after. But once you have them, and it's a pretty low risk since you're not putting out and
putting everything on the line, they'll have a stake in it as well. And they could potentially
get a better deal since it's being purchased more like cash, even though it's not your cash. Now,
this is just buying a company with cash, but just a couple of extra steps. Technically, all of these
ways to buy businesses are completely valid. But there is arguably even better way. That secret,
my friend, is seller financing. Seller financing is huge. And most businesses are seller financed
in one way or another. And it's a way you can buy a business where the seller pays you to buy the
business with the promise of future profits from the business, like a bank loan. But the bank is
the seller. And since he's got the problem of selling the business, or she's got the problem
of selling the business, they're more likely to be the bank for you if they believe in the business,
and then it's going to stick around. Now, this seems like a way more complicated deal and maybe
hard to pull off, right? It's not. While not necessarily just statistically, basically,
when you look at the statistics, 90% of small business sales are due through some type of
seller financing. 90%. So it's you that has to change your thinking. You got to think like,
this is possible. Yeah? Because you're thinking like the seller. The seller wants to get paid
and walk away. But you're not the seller. The reality is the seller wants to be free of his
business or her business any way they can. So it can't be that hard, right? The hardest part of
the seller financing is simply getting in great, good communication, getting them to trust you
because you're taking over their baby. If you don't have a good plan or a deal, seller may not
bite on it because they've seen people come and go in their company, managers who managed for a
while and then screwed up. So what makes you different? That's where you got to stand apart.
Another hurdle is that some sellers aren't willing to do it because it tends to be a lot of risk for
them. They may not get all their money. Although the owners are willing to do it, there are tons
of pros as well for those owners. The first off, and you can tell these owners this, is that they
get less cash, right? But not to mention there's a little bit risk, but if their business is good,
should be okay. But there are huge tax benefits for financing. You obviously don't have to pay
all the taxes at once and you're incentivized to lend to you to buy that business and run that
business because they're not going to have to pay taxes on that money because they haven't received
it yet. The best part of all, it's a great deal for you since there won't be any money out of
your pocket and you can decide what your own terms are. And I know this sounds like it might be too
good to be true. This is one that's even beyond seller financing. I was going by and stopped by
one of the stores that I was servicing with one of my company's cellular. I provided cellular
service to cell phone stores. The guy at the cell phone store got into a bike accident, a car hit
him. And when I walked in the store, he was sitting there. He looked different than I'd ever seen
before. And he said, look, man, will you just take my business? I said, just take your business.
It's a very profitable store. How you want me to just take it? He goes, look, I'm not going to be
able to sell it. I got to give it away. Basically, you take it because the insurance company probably
going to go ahead and take care of me in regards to that. I literally got a store, a complete cell
phone store and everything in it for absolutely free. I'm not kidding. It's amazing. You have to
keep your eyes open and let people know you're interested in buying a business. It all starts
with a conversation. The best part of it all, though, it's a great deal for you since you don't
have any money out of pocket and you won't have to decide on some long term. This is amazing because
you can do that. It offers more flexibility as opposed to those SBA and bank loans that
will tie your hands and tie you up. Now that you know the main ways to buy a business, how can you
make the purchase of a company with zero money down? One is Epic 99. Two is SBA, right? That we
talked about, mentioned earlier. Money from the government gives you to buy the business, right?
As well as the straightforward SBA.gov website that you can see loans that you qualify for.
You can hit the link in down below. We've got SBA loans. And even better than that, you can click
on Epic 99 down below and be able to enter so that we'll put up the capital that you would need and
you get into the business without putting up money. The second way, the other one I've mentioned
before, is finding some sort of investor that's like me that just wants to see people succeed.
I always say, you know, a rich person that says he's rich and shows off all this stuff, that's
great for him or her. It only matters how your life will change if that rich person has a interest in
helping you. Those are the rich people that interest me. Now, how do you find those investors?
Well, like I said earlier, if you've got rich friends, you may want to make it easier to get
with them. Maybe have them over, find some investors, ask around. They're out there.
They're around you. And believe it or not, a couple doors down from you is probably a
multi-millionaire that may want to take a chance with you to help you out. One of the ways is
through equity financing that you can do with them. This is obtaining money from outside places
in exchange for shares in the company. You could offer them as part of that investment. The best
place to find this kind of money is through connecting with potential investors on LinkedIn.
I know, LinkedIn. And attending networking events. The conversation is where it all happens. The third
way in business is with zero dollars is obviously crowdfunding, which I've covered a lot on this
channel. Like my 17 wealthy people that are friendly and help that'll give you money for
free. A lot of crowdsourcing, you can get money for free. One is simply starting a campaign
with GoFundMe and start spreading the link to your social medias. If you attach some of these
business plans with crowdfunding links and potential incentives, they will donate. You'll
get funding. Be surprised. People get funding all the time. Make sure you check out that 17 kind and
rich people because that's another way that you can get help. Now the last one is seller financing.
We've covered that. They're where the seller is willing to finance you. And the first thing you
want to do is talk to that seller to help them get into communication about how to run that business.
Now, what are the five D's? We got to cover that. This is huge. It applies to real estate as well.
It's something that is taught to almost everybody when they first come into real estate or into
buying a business. How do you find people? Where's the most obvious place that you can find a
business? It comes from the five D's. It's sad, but it's true. Death. We're all confronting it at
some point. If someone dies that owns the business, usually the kids don't want to take it. Disability
and health issues is a huge one. Like the disability from the guy that got hit on the
bike. Divorce is another one. Upsetting, but usually during a divorce, both people sort of
lose their motivation to keep the business going. A disagreement between owners is a big one. And
obviously the big one is distress. When you have huge problems in a company, a lot of people are
willing to sell. Most people want to exit the company as a result of one of these five things.
And the odds are the company will be in fairly decent, good, good shape to be able to buy it.
And the results, while you can't really go wrong, at least there's a solid reason.
The first thing I asked every business owner that's selling, why are you selling? With websites
like businessforsale.com, bizbuysell, you can find a business that really works. These sites
will help you. And it just takes a little bit of time. There's a little, there can be middlemen
involved that, uh, you've still got to figure out the price, the date that the business is for sale
and why they're selling their gross revenue, their cashflow. And buying that business nowadays
is so easy. There's no reason you shouldn't do it. If you want to do it and you want to create
hopefully some passive income at some point, in some case, you literally don't have to pay
any cash upfront and you can literally get it risk-free. And if you guys want to learn ways
that you can grow your wealth, hit the like button, subscribe to the channel. I'm not going
to let you down. I've been doing this 32 companies, ups and downs over and out. And all I care about
is you and your success right now. So I want to see you succeed. I've built business programs
down below a master's in real estate program for like 99 bucks. I got coaching that's ridiculously
inexpensive for an hour, one-on-one with me, which is crazy because when I go to companies,
I charge them $10,000 an hour. Plus whatever I improve in their company, I get one third of
whatever the improvement is for one year. So if I improve their business by 3 million in net profit,
I get 1 million of that. That's how I roll. If I save them 3 million,
I get 1 million of that savings. That's just how I roll. But with you guys,
very different relationship. My name is Andrew Cartwright. Love you.
