Herzlich, welcome to a new episode of ZAPP TV.
In this video we want to give you 5 exercises with a die hand,
How can you improve your balance on the Stenter Paddleboard?
And so it is safer on the board.
The first exercise is very simple.
We just want to bring a little more dynamism into your Rumpf.
When you're on the board, you usually see this,
That man is very stiff and only looks ahead.
And if you don't want to turn around,
Try to move your head to the left and right.
I'm also going to say something about the Schulter after the show.
The important thing is that you might be a little broader on the board,
Because then the support area is bigger and you have more stability.
And to help you a little, to be a little more secure,
You can dip the paddle in the water.
So you can balance yourselves a little.
Also you stand in parallel and look once langsam über die Schulter nach links weg
And the right shoulder to the right.
The second exercise will now be even more dynamic.
And though you take the paddle in your hand, I take it now in my left hand,
It is quite possible that the Commission will be able to take a decision on the matter.
And then try to make a big bow with the paddle zu.
You can also change sides, the paddle in the right hand take
And on the right side pull a big bow.
If you manage and are so sure,
Then you can also take the paddle in the right hand.
And the paddleboard on the left side of your boards set
And then pull a big bow to the end of the boards.
The important thing is that your body remains statically stable.
The knees are easily bent and then you try to get very far in the trunk,
This is also the maximum dynamic mit dem Paddel mitgehen.
Try to always use the paddle blade while you're at it.
If you can, you can also try the 360-degree paddle to guide the board around.
Try with your hands, of course, then to change, that you get no knots in the arms
And once again a big circle with the paddle to pull the board.
Exercise number 3 is also a super preparation for the first move on the board
And his position is not to be changed.
Usually we say that we always start off with the feet in parallel.
Now you just try to put your feet a little further apart
and somewhat further to bring together.
Start with the Zehenspitzen moving outwards and then the Fersen coming in behind.
Try to get back to the Rand, ready to stand.
You see, relatively quickly, the support area is very large, you're really stable,
The knees are easily bent and if you dare, try to close your eyes now.
Take your feet back to the center and try to stand as close as possible to the board.
And here, if you dare, try to close your eyes again.
Um a bit more security zu bekommen, use your paddle, that's almost your third leg,
The paddle blade leads into the water and then you can balance yourself with the paddle a little bit.
With the fourth exercise it will be already really demanding.
And you should turn 360 degrees on the Subboard.
You'd better get a little further behind the Tragegurt or a little further before the Tragegurt, so that it doesn't get in the way.
It is important that your body's focal point is always on the midline of the boards.
Most Stand Up Paddle Boards even have a little line of design here, where you can orient yourself.
If you are not yet ready, remove your feet from the board, then you can easily and carefully twist your feet.
And something on the board and her slides.
Use your third leg again, and your paddle blade, that leads into the water, so you can look even better.
And if you dare, you can take quiet little steps, always in the middle of the Stand Up Paddle Boards.
We now come to the fifth and perhaps also last Übung für ein besseres Gleichgewicht auf dem Stand Up Paddle Board.
The training was very simple.
Try it quietly first on the land, where you'll feel a little safer.
Jeder hat ja so seine Chocolateseite. I'm not going to tell you.
My chocolate side is now the right leg.
I'm putting my foot right now on the middle of the stand up paddle boards, also now here in this case something behind the tragegriff.
I'll turn the foot slightly, so I can do something better.
You can put the paddle blade back in the water, so you can choose better.
And then you try very slowly, to get a foot off the board.
If you lose your balance, you can try to move the foot forward, also in the middle of the boards,
Or take a small step backwards.
Because if you turn your foot to the left or right, you lose your balance.
The focus is on one side of the board and you're coming into Kippen.
That's what we want to avoid, of course.
Also, a foot stands in the middle of the Stand Up Paddle Boards, you solve the other foot and if you lose the balance,
Either put the foot in front or put it in back.
Try to stay on one leg as long as you can.
These were now the five exercises for a better balance on the Stand Up Paddle Board.
I'm not going to do this exercise.
See the best bathing suit, if you fall in the water once, it's not so bad.
