I mean as far as the script goes, do you guys get to see the whole thing?
You did, Emily? You got the whole thing?
I'm not the only one. I don't think I'm the only one.
You're the only one that got to see that?
Robert didn't. I did.
Really?
I'm very trustworthy.
Is that true? Is that for real?
I didn't the first, well, The Winter Soldier. I didn't.
I just got like, just, you know, the scenes that I was in.
You are more trustworthy than they are.
Inherently, yes.
Chris Evans told us, and it's a strange story because Robert says it is not exactly true,
that Robert convinced him over the telephone to take the part.
Alright, I did.
You did tell him to take the part.
I don't like agreeing with that guy every time he says something.
Have you been compensated by him for this?
Have you received anything in the way of a gift?
Very good point.
He got me a fountain pen set a couple years ago.
Those can be expensive, actually.
Yeah, these were pretty lousy.
Did you guys take anything from the set?
A memento, any piece of your costume or anything like that?
I didn't, no.
You didn't? Not good.
I would have stolen everything from the set.
I would not be doing that with Marvel.
They know everything.
They do, they have a strict inventory of all that stuff?
On Age of Ultron, there was a massive Avengers A, which is outside the Avengers Center.
I have it.
Where is it?
I said, why is this in England?
Send it back to L.A., I'll put it in my office.
They're like, seriously?
I said, yeah, yeah, I'll wait.
And it's there?
I have it.
You have it, nice.
I'm supposed to share it.
It's supposed to move around like an exhibit.
Pass it around?
Yeah, that's it.
And when you guys were young, I know this young man, Tom Holland,
do you feel like, are you a mentor to him?
Look, I think whenever someone's coming in for their first time around,
you just want to create a sense of comfort.
And then if you're not talented or good, you're not going to be around much longer anyway.
So the fact that we're all still here means we kind of know what we're doing.
But, you know, mentors are important.
Did you have one growing up?
Rodney Dangerfield, he really showed me the ropes.
Was he really your mentor?
No.
He's still in detention.
I'm wondering what ropes he showed you.
Yeah, exactly.
This is the rope to my robe.
Yeah, exactly.
As a matter of fact, I have a rather shocking story about his mentorship.
Go ahead, tell it.
I went to visit him.
We were doing Back to School.
Thank you.
I went to visit him.
I'm meeting the great Rodney Dangerfield.
He opened the door.
He was wearing a robe.
It was not fully looped.
And these big old kiwis were hanging out.
And do you have those in your office?
Wow.
