Today we have five side hustles.
Some of them make up to $100,000 a month for you.
And today making money is only limited to your imagination and your observation.
For example, I walked into one of my tenants office in one of my buildings
and they're a new tenant.
They've been around three months.
There was a person on camera that was looking at a live stream coming from TikTok shop.
And later when they were done, they sold over $10,000 in just a few hours.
And I asked the person, this is not an influencer that's at this agency,
how much they made?
They said $100,000 last month.
I said, $100,000?
They said, yeah.
All I do is come in here, pick up the phone and sell stuff on TikTok.
And I said, how is this possible?
They said the platforms are boosting views that generate revenue to the platform.
I really wanted to understand how easy this was, how simple it was,
how fast they just set up and they were making money.
But I also wanted to add in this video a couple other side hustles
that don't require any TikTok or any Instagram or any of that stuff.
No technical skills, just your ability to do basic stuff.
One of the things I learned early on when one of my mentors,
Joe East of Kosman, told me when I was 12 years old,
he said, you know, there's two things in life you make money off of.
And I'm like, what's that?
And he said, either a product or a service.
And I went, boom.
To me, that added so much clarity because to me, business was all really complicated.
And then that cleared it up.
I can only offer a product to sell,
like that jewelry that they're making $100,000 a month off of, that one person,
or a service to help people.
I'm going to cover both of those things in this video.
So that's how you can make money.
And today, most people before in my day,
when they discovered gold, they hid it.
Nobody knew how they were making it.
I had lots of businesses I never told anybody about
because I didn't want them to know how I was doing it.
Today, though, it's difficult to hide
because the digital world has exposed so much of where the gold is.
You can see where people are making money.
How do you see it?
Wherever you consume, buy, or use something, money is behind it.
There's money to be made.
There's an opportunity there because there's opportunity absolutely everywhere.
Money moves the world.
It's capitalism.
And yet it's all in front of you.
With everything you have and everything you see,
someone's making money off of it.
Now, I'm going to cover some really niche-y,
secret stuff that's going on right now that's right in front of you.
Some amazing side gids that people are talking about
and I want to talk to you about
because I don't want you to miss scoring some free stuff
from $1,000 to $5,000 worth of free stuff
that you get to keep, all kinds of stuff.
Now, what is huge right now, called UGC,
thousands of dollars in free stuff you can get
with this magic ingredient behind a side hustle
that is user-generated content.
Yep, UGC.
And I'm here to tell you about it because it's a game-changer.
Companies everywhere love it
because they're getting more traction there
than they're getting with their commercials.
You are the best person to sell their product
and they want you to help them sell it.
Now, what is UGC thing, right?
No worries.
I've got your back.
User-generated content is just a fancy way of saying
regular folks like you and me are creating cool stuff
on the internet with companies like,
hey, I love this product.
This product is awesome.
You gotta check it out.
Make sure you do.
You can do that.
I had friends that were doing literal reviews of this
while we were eating sushi and making money.
It was unbelievable.
I mean, what are you doing?
Think about it.
Instagram posts,
where you share your favorite skincare routine
or YouTube videos,
where you unbox at least some tech gadget that you have.
Companies are all about it
because it's a breath of fresh air for them
compared to their usual real polished ads
that nobody really is liking these days
because we want real genuine content
from regular folks that are using the product
that actually we can relate to.
The thing is,
they're willing to pay you for it now big time
and it is growing.
Some companies are tossing money your way
for photos, reviews, and videos.
Give an example,
Kandashian.
If you want her to post something in your company,
1,700,000 for her to post something.
Plus, you also might even send
maybe a top-notch product to review
that is coming your way that you get to use
and we're not talking about pocket change.
We're talking about real expensive stuff.
My name is Andrew Cartwright.
I'm here to help you get money
through side hustles and making money.
Leverage it with loans,
which is what I love to do
is help people get more money to invest it.
I can relate to where you are.

that I haven't been to.
Broken homeless to multi-millionaire
several different times.
My journey is starting 32 companies.
That's my backstory
in 17 completely different industries.
Right now though,
I have a private equity firm called Epic99.
I'm buying companies with you guys.
We've bought 17.
We're buying more up to 99 companies.
You own 81%.
We own 19% or I own 19%.
I put up the money.
So if you've got a 680 credit score
and you can run a company,
make sure you click the link down below
Epic99 and apply for that.
Also, if you're just looking for a business loan
for your business
and you came across my channel,
I got you covered 75 different lenders,
10 different programs.
You credit score start as low as 300
for a business loan.
The link is in the description.
You can apply in within seconds
with a couple of questions.
I can give you an idea
of how much money you could probably get
as well as grab your free stock down there
from Webull to fund your account.
They're an incredibly rated.
I use them to buy stocks.
You get up to 12 free stocks
with opening an account plus
make sure you check out MooMoo down there as well.
Both of them are able to give you some free stocks.
Open an account with both.
Get both of that money right now, right?
So let's start off with something really simple
and unexpected like building IKEA furniture.
This to me is simple.
I was going through TaskRabbit
and checking out some of the other platforms
and I saw that I can pretty much get somebody
to pick up groceries, pick up anything,
but I thought this one was interesting
because of how much furniture is sold through IKEA.
You might be thinking,
who would pay someone to assemble IKEA furniture?
After all, it's supposed to be simple, right?
Well, the truth is it's not exactly simple, right?
There are a lot of nuts and bolts and everything.
Many people would rather have pay somebody
to deal with the brain damage
of just simply putting something together.
Sure, IKEA provides a straightforward instructions,
which most guys like myself never read.
Not everybody has the time, which is my thing.
I starve for time.
Like I'm doing an Iron Man.
I'm going to California.
I'm traveling.
I go to shows.
I speak internationally.
I'm starving for time.
I need somebody else to put it together.
Take it from me.
I pay people thousands of dollars to help me do stuff
like put together IKEA bookshelves
and different furniture that I bought that needs assembly.
IKEA claims that they sell a new bookshelf
every five seconds.
That's a lot of work that you could be doing.
Every five seconds, there's a new job that can pop up.
So there's a ton of potential work out there
just by connecting a few dots and being able to do that.
You can get started in a breeze.
All you need is maybe a simple screwdriver
or maybe if you want to get really fancy,
speed it up with a power drill.
Maybe you spend 20 bucks in Home Depot or Lowe's.
Most furniture comes with the necessary tools,
though, they put in a little kit.
Usually, they're not very good,
but they provide it typically.
And all you have to do is create an account on a platform.
The simple platforms to use,
one that I use is called TaskRabbit.
The other one is Angie's List,
which has a cool rating thing as well.
Thumbtack is another one or Airtable.
And the job opportunities will start flowing in.
There's no reason to ever be out of work.
There's always something you can do,
which is what I tell people all the time.
I'm like, get on TaskRabbit.
Do some tasks.
Get on Angie's List.
Do some tasks or Thumbtack or Airtable
and you'll have plenty of work.
And here's the kicker, though.
You're not limited to IKEA assembly.
You can also put up all kinds of services.
Let's say you want to mount a TV
or maybe bed frame assembly
or you want to put up like I have a TV wall
of nine TVs up on the wall.
I didn't do it.
I'd rather have somebody else do it.
Even just a few hours a week,
you can earn a couple hundred or even $1,000
because guess what?
Your rate is whatever you want it to be
and your ranking,
if you do a good job and take care of people,
well, you'll get some great stars
and you'll make even more money.
So what's all this UGC stuff?
It's content created by customers for brands
that share it on a platform like TikTok, Instagram,
or even Amazon in the form of product review videos.
These companies need this content
to showcase their product to potential customers
and it's a way of more convincing real people
like you to buy it.
Give you an example.
You might have gone to Amazon
and you've looked and you saw the pictures
and you saw a video.
The video had a person in it.
That person, if you watch the video
and turn around and buy the product,
is going to get a piece of that.
So can you imagine,
you could spend all day
and go around your entire house.
I'm talking about anywhere.
Like it could be a mouse that you've bought, right?
You go to that site,
you pick up this mouse
and you talk about this mouse
and how much you love it.
If you bought a keyboard,
maybe you go and say,
I bought this keyboard and this whatever
or this product, right?
I don't pay for reviews.
You can do all types of reviews
and when people watch your video
and there's not that many videos right now.
This opportunity is in its infancy.
If you look,
a lot of the products don't have review videos.
It's a huge opportunity
and the great news is
anybody can dive into this world.
It is easy
and if you already use Amazon,
you're already in the mix
and if you don't know how to make this stuff,
go to Fiverr,
create a free account,
post the gig of being able to make that video for you
like an unboxing video for an Amazon
and post it.
You can even add gigs like TikTok or Instagram
using existing UCG gigs.
You can put up whatever you want,
get the set prices and make it.
Once you're all set up,
companies will reach out to you
and send you products
and ask you for a one minute product review video
and not only that,
they'll turn around
and be able to post that product
on their product page
and you being a real person,
it's believable.
The potential earnings vary though.
You can make about a staggering $10,000 per month
if you do this,
even a couple of hundred or a thousand a month
for it's a pretty nice income
and think about it.
How hard is it?
You're just having fun
just talking about different products.
I love this shaker bottle.
This is an incredible shaker bottle.
You got to buy this shaker bottle.
It's incredible.
I use it every day.
I put my mix in it.
I mix it up.
That's it.
You're done.
Now, let's talk about another unconventional side hustle
selling in video games.
There's real money.
If you play video games
and you're not selling stuff,
well, you probably should.
Online marketplaces like player auctions
have been around facilitating sales in game items
and characters for real world currency,
real money.
If you're a dedicated gamer
and you play games all the time,
this could be an opportunity to monetize your hobby.
People spend big bucks on in-game purchases
and make you feel less guilty for playing games.
So, let's say you want to play games
and you're like,
I want to play games like me,
but I feel guilty because I'm not making money.
Well, sell stuff on the game
while you're playing the game
and you can make money.
For instance, popular games like Roblox
have an in-game currency
and you can sell it for real money.
There are sellers on player auction
making thousands or even tens of thousands of dollars
by selling in-game items,
various games like GTA 5
or Rocket Legend
or World of Warcraft
or Runescape.
So, all of these.
Lastly, consider a high profitable
and lesser known side hobby,
flipping broke devices.
How many people drop this
and break the actual covers?
When most people have broken their phones
or their gadgets,
they just sell them for cheap
because they want to get rid of it on eBay.
But these broken devices can be cheap
and you can buy the glass,
let's say for an iPhone.
This is a 14, but maybe a 12.
You can change that at a fraction of the cost
and resell that device for hundreds of dollars
when you picked it up for a mere 40 bucks.
Making hundreds of dollars
by simply taking apart the actual phone
and putting a new screen on it.
Maybe it's an iPad,
a Galaxy
or lots of different phones,
electronic devices.
In conclusion,
there are countless creative ways
to make money online
and these unique side hustles
that are really cool
are opportunities from in-game
to repurposing,
to fixing,
to just talking about products
or even creating your own store
like I showed you in other videos
where you can show,
you know,
Alizwaganda
or Beeperl.
This is a store I made in minutes.
Oh, you'll want to check out that video
because you don't want to miss out on that one.
That video is right here
where you can make your own product line.
Make sure you check it out.
