Scarlett Johansson on Colin Jost Celebrating Her Birthday and His Staten Island Ferry Fashion Show

Let's talk about your husband, Colin Jost. Now, what does he give you for your milestone birthday? Is he good? Is he good at it? He's very good. He's very good at gift giving. He got me a beautiful, he always buys beautiful jewelry. He threw me a humongous bash this year. Oh my God. Was it a surprise? It was a surprise. And I had all the martinis for everyone. Oh good. And I can't wait to see the photos so I can remember the night. But it was just, it was like a this is your life. It was just incredible. So many of my friends and colleagues came from all over the place and it was just, it was magical. And he put it all together. Can I tell you something? I really like him. He's a good guy. Yeah, he's a good guy. He's a great guy. He is a very, very, very great guy. I'm extremely lucky. He's a kind person. He's a kind person and he's hilarious and thoughtful and loving. And he's a great dad and I love him. I feel very, very lucky. But you know, he's also, he's got his naughty side. You know, that's why, you know, he keeps it interesting. How's that boat? That's the naughty part I was talking about. Yeah, so he did, he bought the Staten Island Ferry. He bought the Staten Island Ferry, decommissioned Staten Island Ferry. And it is, yep, still decommissioned. And they actually did, I was like, you got, okay, what's happening with this boat? You gotta start, you know, paying for its own docking fees at least, right? Yeah, it's sort of, it's so he, this year they had the Tommy Hilfiger fashion show on the Staten Island Ferry. Yes, I read that. I was like, oh good, they're finally gonna do something with that boat. See, you had that reaction. I was like, fashion people are coming on the Staten Island Ferry. I was like, what is, I was like, are the bath, like what's happening with the bathrooms? Shirley, you renovated the bathrooms, right? And he was like, no, I don't actually know how the bath, like, I'm like, you can still see under, like you could see the, when you, I don't know if you ever rode the Staten Island Ferry, but you can basically see everybody from here and there, like on, in the toilets. I was like, it's still the same. Yeah, it's like, it's like being in elementary school. Oh wow. So I was like, that's, I can't wait to hear how that. But that would be exciting to see like Anna Wintour, like in the toilet at a Staten Island Ferry. I mean. It was a big success though. Yes.
