Modern Home Office Makeover - Data Analyst at Meta Work From Home 👩🏽‍💻

[Music] really don't mind this massive TV behind us we just got a new TV for our living room so we took this gigantic 65 in LG TV and moved it to the room and we're thinking about mounting it but that's beside the point my wife's a data analyst and she's been doing a lot of complex work a lot of spends a lot of time at her desk which is why we upgraded her chair upgraded her desk but the desk needs a bit of a facelift we ordered a bunch of desk setup accessories to give her desk setup a nice face lift like look at this box this box is literally dedicated to her nice monitor arm from otron a bunch of yamazaki desk setup accessories to give her that like japany kind of style and of course we got a Logitech keyboard which will be nice and comfortable for her wrist and ergonomic if you come over here you can see we have this desk mat it's a desk mat from Po and hun that we ordered maybe a couple weeks ago and we just wanted to make sure that we didn't spill anything on the desk mat before we put it on the desk because when we're shooting this video and we want to make sure everything is put together before we at the desk mat cuz you know the desk mat is like the last centerpiece with my wife working long long hours at her desk as a data analyst working for meta it was long overdue for her to have a desk setup makeover since her setup is nested into a Cozy Corner in our bedroom the design I have for set up needs to be open and Airy with splashes of color to make it feel cozy with flashes of her personality and of course ergonomic before we continue let's hear a word from one of my favorite tech Brands and sponsor of today's video LG this is the 34in my view smart curved monitor featuring LG's web OS 23 technology making your desk setup more than just a productivity Hub but a portal to all your favorite streaming services with instant access to Apple TV Disney plus HBO Max and more LG my view smart monitor is designed for multitasking with a 34-in 21 by9 sweeping curved display providing 34% larger viewing angles than your typical 16x9 display two HDMI ports three USB ports 100 HZ refresh rate 3440 by 1440 resolution package with the LG Magic Remote which may vary by product or country enhances convenience by allowing easy input switching content navigation and voice commands hdr10 enhancing picture quality the colors are vibrant and accurate the monitor also comes home office ready with both Google and Microsoft 365 applications built in allowing quick access to emails without needing your phone or laptop if you're looking for a display that has plenty of screen real estate to multitask you can view uploaded content with an aspect ratio of 21 by9 natively on a full screen and have an immersive entertainment experience meant for both work and play the LG 34in my view smart monitor could be for you explore the link in my bio to learn [Music] more first we'll install her white ergotron on single monitor arm which will blend with the wall to create a floating effect for the monitor since she already had a modern and clean shift standing desk in the ice white colorway from ergan office and an ergo pro chair from autonomous AI the monitor arm was the only thing we needed to build for this setup the goal for her setup is to make it more functional and exciting to use for 40 hours a week the desmat of choice is an acrylic Arch desk mat in the butterfly P latte color from Po and hun probably her favorite part of the setup this is one of the most unique desk mats I've come across with a blend of minimalism and Chic design I thought this was a perfect option to make this ergonomic and minimal setup a bit more Chic and sophisticated we had to add Bluetooth control lighting so she can have full control over the Ambiance of her environment so we decided to go with Old Faithful light bars that we mounted to the back of the monitor to give her monor that glow effect to be honest most of the work for this setup was in the planning of the style of her desk setup and thinking of a theme of how we can place each product cohesively on her desk luckily we summ it upon a home brand called yamazaki based out of Japan that makes some highquality HomeGoods curated for smaller spaces making Transformations like this desk setup unique and exciting when it comes to desk setup accessories and storage I think cohesion and quality is important so I prefer to use as few Brands as possible for my wife's desk setup I purchased a few desk setup accessories and storage from yamazaki home we decided to go with a two-sided desk organizer with the ash finish immediately giving her access to her favorite desk setup goodies less than arms length away since she primarily uses airpods Max for virtual calls and async work this Sleek headphone stand is perfect for displaying and storing what I consider the best looking overear headphones in the game to help keep her desk setup decluttered and since her monitor isn't Ultra wide we decided to go with the slim laptop stand in Ash from yamazaki home keeping her laptop in clamshell mode and neso away adding a nail polish organizer from yamazaki home to her setup also helps declutter her workspace by being a dedicated organizer for all her many Petty materials placing them neatly arranged in one place this ensures that her Nail Care Essentials are easily accessible and with a dedicated spot for each item the organizer also enhances the overall tidiness and efficiency of her desk area so when I was walking around Soho I summon upon this plant store called easy plant so the plant and planter combo we purch purchase is a small marble poos plant that basically takes care of itself they come with a reservoir and after filling it you don't have to water the plant for a month so since the reservoir provides exactly amount of water it needs the plant essentially takes care of itself we opted for the Logitech waves keyboard in the off-white colorway it has an ergonomic design featuring a cushion Palm rest and natural typing position to help alleviate my wife's RIS discomfort reducing pressure on her wrist as she spends long hours working with data with the unique shape of the wave keyboard it adds a nice touch this transformation really enhances her life as a data analyst or at least her 9 to-5 life workflow by providing an ergonomic organized workspace with easy access to essential tools allowing her to work comfortably for long hours while doing data analysis for meta all the products are linked in the description box once again thank you to LG for sponsoring today's video and always have a blessed rest of your week I'll see you guys soon peace [Music]
