Fieldwork in Canin

Images and videos about the fieldwork on Canin massif made by me together with a small group of student od Geoscience Department of Trieste University. We're actually surveing the small relict glaciers, glacierettes and snow fields located on the karstik plateau in the premises of Monte Canin, Monte Ursic and Conca Prevala. A very important help comes also from "ufficio neve e valanghe", "Parco Prealpi Giulie" and "Comunità Montana".
The area is well known in the speleological world because of the huge amount of caves that, in some cases, reach the depth of almost 1000 m.
