HIGHLIGHTS | SKN St.Pölten vs. FC Barcelona -- UEFA Women's Champions League 2024-25

Plenty of fans here wrapped up warm. They are hoping for what might be a record crowd here this evening. But after that big win for Barcelona last week, they will be hoping to replicate that here at Kikanazare. It's taken 20 minutes to give them the lead in Vienna. Has now scored home and away. Against Zagpoten, opens the scoring for Barcelona, who lead by a goal to nil. Graham Hansen, Graham Hansen pokes it to Lopez. Not that time. Time from Alexey Poteus. Good control by Bruks. Bruks to Kikas Nazareth. And that makes it two. Quick movements. Close range. Two for Kikanazare, two for Barcelona. Chelsea and Real Madrid also through to the last eight. Here it's with Patrick, little back heel almost to Alexey Poteus. It's a chance for Vicky Lopez, who scores her first Champions League goal. Third for Barcelona. Zagpoten wondering what they could be doing differently. But this Barcelona side break through tougher defences than this. Lovely quick passing, a back heel from Patrick. Alexey Poteus, the captain, leaving it for Vicky Lopez. Forward from Walsh, Alexey Poteus pumps it forward. Yana Fernandez pulls it back. It's Graham Hansen. Oh, it was going in. Up for a Zagpoten intervention. The way she scored that second of the two she got in the first half. Sumadl, and this, an effort that drops just over and into the advertising hoardings to Alexey Poteus. Lovely control back to Poteus. An extraordinary achievement from a remarkable player. Zagpoten nil, Barcelona four. Passed it to Kika Nazareth, got the ball back. Waits behind this free kick. It's a low drive into the six yard box. Oh, by her teammates. If Barcelona get the win this evening, and you suspect they will, it will not be with a clean sheet. Something for the home fans to celebrate. Zagpoten one, Barcelona four. And a clever free kick in the end. Skimmed to the far post, right the way across the six yard box. Well, that not long after Alexey Poteus had got the fourth for Barcelona. She's on the ball again here now. The cross comes in. It was the dipping head of Vicky Lopez. Quite there that time. On the score sheet already this evening. Vicky Lopez here this evening. Here it's forward. Might this be a chance for number two? Oh, Sara Makhna. Well, most of those 8,800 were probably on their feet. Lefort Mapileon. Oh, the goalkeeper didn't get to that. Well, Schluter came out, but didn't get to it. Vracevic now with Kike Nazareth. Forward to Nazareth. Chance for a hat trick, perhaps, but for the leg of Corina Schluter. And that is it. That is full time here in Vienna. And it is a win for Barcelona that confirms that Zagpoten will not progress to the quarterfinals. Four defeats in a row for them. But two goals from Kike Nazareth. A first ever goal in the Champions League for Vicky Lopez. And then number 200 for Alexia Puteas in a Barcelona shirt.
