HIGHLIGHTS | AS Roma vs. Olympique Lyonnais - UEFA Women's Champions League 24-25 (Italiano)

Good evening from Gabriele Giustiniani and Regina Baresi Welcome to Rome It's the third day of the Women's Champions League Group A Rome-Lyon Both teams have six points after two matches For Lyon it may have seemed obvious She saw Rome the news that the giallorosse have not only won two out of two I am even ahead of the French because of the network difference Thanks to a huge victory 6-1 against Galatasaray And especially that unexpected but deserved victory over Wolfsburg So they lead the group Turn left at the flag then go back which is probably right on the first pole where it was placed Look at that On the first pole on a move then to turn to go to the second Absolutely Indeed the ball travels in that area Renard surprisingly misses the ball Very good for Roma but a huge danger The ball is too long for Giacinti The own carpenter manages to get it but hands it over to Roma who tries to push Ove limit test Outside Now the alarm sounds again inside Roma's penalty area because there is a corner kick for Oel First post ball extended to the second one which remains there There is a foul everything stops Everything is stopped the referee was first accused Unity for Rome another danger averted But always that feeling of fear inside the area when there's a corner kick Diani di Guillermo a carpenter who has returned Diani's Attack Oran inside the penalty area together with Dumourné who tries to move Ball to Oran completely isolated Offside Fortunately beyond Rome which has built something anyway Here for example Gregi is wrong Give the ball to Mairojan Oran Dumourné at the edge Try to shoot excellently stopped by Kumagai That was a great play by Gregi who opens a path We need to speed up The speed is in Giada Gregi's ropes He is with her he also accompanies Giuliano Gregi Central conclusion Endler could do many things Perhaps this is the worst He takes the flag Gil enters the penalty area Besides Oran there is Diani there is Renard Sbaffa The ball is moving in that area There's Hazard He manages to block They all start a bit spaced out So another pattern is coming Indeed they are playing with their feet Mairojan crosses Long on the second post Roma error Ball in the penalty area Dumourné crushes It's a goal 1-0 for OL The yellow defense has great difficulty in this type of situation Dumourné doesn't forgive Before the OL It seemed like the ball had arrived in a zone where there were no Lyon players But the defense of Rome failed to clear the ball perfectly And the ball came back to Dumourné's feet She is a player who rarely misses from inside the penalty area Greggi always remains calm in midfield and is able to make that delicate touch that allows him to settle down for a moment To catch one's breath and figure out what the best move could be She is not a player who is in a hurry to find the best move Watch out for the ball outside the box A shocking goal by Lyon Everyone rushes to embrace Dumoulin It was a stunning goal that we just saw 2-0 for Lyon We said that a moment ago The important thing is not to concede the second The ball is kicked into the penalty area Horan tries to head it He complains about a push he wanted a penalty kick No there is nothing Guillaume needs to assess the position It's good Giacinti is moving a bit off to the side Giacinti The handler loses the ball and then finds it again Error Ball recovered by Chawinga Minami is in trouble Chawinga tries to confuse Great save by Ceasar Corner kick Another risk for Roma It came from an error by one of their own players Another corner kick They were dangerous for the entire first half A pass to Caesar A bit of difficulty In the end the Lion scores the 3-0 goal It is scored by Gilles Let's say these three goals arrived okay due to Lyon's performance and also because of mistakes by the Roma players Calm down Watch out for Dionna She leads Where she catches the ball on the left Go all the way The game is closed for two players It is also returned from the bottom There is no corner kick as the Roma requested We know the difficulties encountered Another ball into the penalty area That's Ceasar drifting This time he takes it Magrì Crossa into the penalty area He has another chance Arrives This time Dumourne spares him Dobriz She is also an experienced soccer player 29 years old Third season with OL But even here when we talk about international experience Ex-PVG ex-Bayern A clearly different level Giacinti makes a great play to Kumagai who ends up on the ground Nothing there Far away Renard Beko Receives High tackle Ball at the foot Carpenter Try the cross for Magrì Arrives Forte Caesar loses it The summit He was in the area Caesar regains It didn't seem like such a strong ending that I couldn't hold it back Probably there's also a bit maybe the wet field That's enough Everyone in the tunnel At Tre Fontane The Lyon side ends 0-3 with a double from Du Mornay and an opportunistic goal A spectacular goal from the center of the field in the second half The final 3-0 by Gilles He celebrates again although in a restrained manner Gio Montemurro beats his friend and sports rival Alessandro Spugna for the umpteenth time The Lion wins 3-0 Lyon rises to 9 points in Group A Roma remains in second place with 6 points pulling ahead of Wolfsburg with 3 and Galatasaray who stay at 0 The handshake between Giuliano and Montemurro A match dear Queen Baresi that leaves us with what legacy at the end to conclude Surely a lot of desire to fix the things that need fixing and face what will then be the return With the awareness that without fear one can also play with a bit more courage in the offensive phase
