Welcome to the forest of Miesota on a cold and rainy November day.
We prepare a space for the winter, clean the surroundings of the forest, and enjoy peace and quiet.
This is a small A-frame cabin.
Now, let's get a drink and hang out by the fireplace.
It's time for a little cabin life.
It's a cold and rainy November day in Miesota.
The leaves of the trees have almost fallen, and winter is just around the corner.
I hike with my dog and spend the night in the cabin.
The plan is to prepare a space for the winter, clean the surroundings of the forest, and, of course, enjoy the pleasant weather.
Now, let's go back to the A-frame.
It feels good to be back here.
But there's a lot to do today.
It's going to rain all day long over there.
At least that's what the weather forecast says.
Speaking of rain, there's been a problem with the firewood stove since it was installed three years ago.
As you can see, I have to put this plate on the outside of the firewood stove to stop the rainwater from flowing out of the chimney.
The first thing I'm going to do today is to prepare for winter.
I need to add this last chimney pipe.
I'm going to remove this pipe so that it doesn't rain in the summer.
And I'll show you what I did there outside.
This is a bit of a mystery.
How does rainwater get into the chimney and out of the firewood stove?
Please let me know what you think.
In my opinion, there are three places where water gets into the hut.
The first is on top of the chimney.
It's completely blocked by this bucket on top of the chimney pipe.
So water doesn't get in.
That's impossible.
The second possibility is that water is coming in from the outlet pipe here.
I put a waterproof sheet around it, but I can see that there's a hole in the pipe.
But the problem with this theory is that these holes are not even connected to the pipe that connects to the stove.
The hole is directly connected to the cabin.
In other words, if water comes in from here, it will flow directly into the cabin and not into the firewood stove.
At least for me, the third possibility is that water is coming in from the outlet pipe where the two pipes meet.
But what do you think?
Please let me know in the comments section below.
Now that the last chimney is complete, we can start the fire inside and warm the cabin.
Just as I started warming the cabin, it started raining.
However, even in the rain, I couldn't stop the firefly from passing through the forest.
In Minnesota, you can see a lot of wild fireflies, but they were almost extinct at some point due to the loss of their eyes and habitat.
Fortunately, the reintroduction program began in the 1970s, and since then, the number of fireflies has recovered significantly.
Now that the cabin is warm, it's time to make breakfast.
I'm going to make a classic egg and bacon.
I'm going to put it in a tortilla.
I also have breakfast tacos.
I'm going to cook it the way you want it.
I pray in your name, Lord.
Of course, I have to connect the relays.
It was raining, but it was time to go out and work.
I got a new chainsaw.
I've been using my father's chainsaw for a long time, but I thought it was time to have my own chainsaw.
So I decided to get a steel chainsaw.
It looks like a very good chainsaw.
I'm looking forward to trying it out today while cleaning up the forest.
It's like a job that never ends.
A new tree falls every two weeks in the storm.
It's almost impossible to catch up, but every time I come here, I try to clean up as much as possible.
I'm going to clean up this fallen tree that's been lying around for about a month.
I'm blocking one of the roads to the hut, so I absolutely need to cut it down.
And I cut open the road to the hut and got a firewood for the future.
For now, I'm going to leave it in a good bark, and I'm going to try to put out a small fire.
It's best to burn it in the rain.
You don't have to worry about being out of control, so you can make as big a fire as you like.
I'm going to prepare the firewood from the dry firewood in this slope and start the fire.
At first, I used newspaper and cardboard to start the fire, but it soon started to burn.
I'm always satisfied with burning the branches that I cut down over time.
And I love to make a fire, whether it's rainy or sunny.
Now, everyone, I'd like to introduce a new power system to be installed in this hut while burning the branches a little more.
This is ideal for winter when the temperature drops, and it should make it possible to save energy.
This is the Jackery Explorer 2000 Version 2 Solar Generator, and it's the best power solution for this A-frame cabin.
One of the things I really like about Jackery is that it's focused on solar power generation.
Many of these products are called portable power stations, but Jackery calls them solar generators.
It focuses on using renewable energy as much as possible.
Jackery is proud to supply power instantly without installation.
The capacity is 242 watts and the output is 2200W, which is suitable for large-scale power generation.
And it fits perfectly under this bed.
We supply power to everything in the cabin, from this light to camera equipment charging, stereo electronic equipment operation, and other necessary things.
However, the reason why this cabin is the best power solution is the low-voltage sound.
It's got a protective cover. Jackery is known for its high reliability up to minus 4 degrees F.
Therefore, you can charge it with an AC power supply from the wall outlet.
Or there's a solar port on this side.
We're going to use this as much as possible in the A-frame.
As much as possible, Jackery Solar Saga 200 is used to charge the battery.
The panel can be folded in an accordion style, and when not in use, it is fixed with a magnet.
There is a light stand on the back to support it.
All you have to do is stand on the edge of the A-frame.
Insert the cord into the port and connect it to the Jackery Explorer 2000.
Charging is easy.
The Jackery Explorer 2000 is the best solution for this cabin,
but it is designed to seamlessly plug and play at low voltage to supply emergency energy for home use.
If you are considering purchasing a Jackery solar generator, you can purchase it from the link below.
We also have a discount code for a large discount on Black Friday.

I'm done with my work, so I think it's time to drink whiskey apple cider.
Oh, it feels good to be in the house.
I'm cooking outside, but I don't feel like I'm sitting in the rain right now.
Oh, it's the best.
It's perfect for a day like today.
The rain outside has begun to weaken a little.
On the other hand, it was dinner time in the house.
Riley made me a wonderful pickled green pepper soup, so I'll warm it up next time.
All I have to do is add a little beef broth.
I was able to eat the soup in no time.
Oh, yeah.
This looks delicious.
I know because I ate it last night, but it was really delicious.
It was so good.
The second day was even more delicious.
But do you know why?
When I'm in the hut, I feel like everything is delicious.
Finally, the rain stopped.
I decided to make a little fire before it got dark.
It's finally time to go home and spend the night.
It was a great day today.
I was able to finish a few things, and I was able to sit outside after the rain, so I'm satisfied.
Cheers, everyone.
It's delicious.
Good morning.
It feels very strange to have summer time over.
It's bright outside when I wake up now.
It's usually pretty cold outside.
In the hut, too.
So I'm going to make a fire and make coffee first.
It's warm.
Now, everyone.
This is the end of this video.
Thank you so much for spending the night here.
I love this hut.
The experience here is always relaxing.
I'm glad I was able to enjoy a comfortable day in the rain in the hut.
I would like to thank the patrons who donated to this channel.

So we are very grateful to you.
We hope you enjoy the A-frame video.
Well, I'm going to come here more regularly, maybe once a month or once every two months.
First of all, this is a wonderful place.
This is the first hut I built, but it's close to my house and I don't have to go there every week, so it's a little easier to travel.
But sometimes I want to take a break and stay close to my house and enjoy this beautiful place.
But now I have to go home and get ready.
See you next week.
God bless you.
You
