A morning routine is so essential in order to set your day up for success. It's the small little
things that you do in the morning that give you a sense of peace. And as I've been through trial
and error of understanding what works and what doesn't work in my morning routine, I feel like
I've found the perfect balance that helps me prioritize my mental, physical, and also getting
me ready for the day. And I understand that some of us may not be able to do every single thing
that I show in this video, but I want to make it clear that you do not have to do every single thing
that I show in this in order to be successful. Hey guys, welcome back to the game. I was just
recently a guest on My First Million. You think you're working hard until you see what hard looks
like and then you're like, I wasn't even working nearly as hard. But I see that as encouraging
because it means that so many people have so much underutilized potential because they just
haven't even learned how to work. Some people are so nice here. I started running more recently
and running gives me, just gives me a different feeling. I think it's the long distance where you
are just in silence with yourself and you're running and you want to give up but you continue
to keep going and it's kind of similar to the gym. But running gives you a different feeling
because you're connecting with nature. Journaling was the first thing that I started doing for my
mental health. That was a way where I emptied out all the negative thoughts that I would have. I
found a technique that I love to do when journaling. Writing out an affirmation for the day.
This is literally speaking things out into existence. Whether it's you are strong, you are
independent, you are powerful, you speak that out into the universe. Yes, you have to take action
but because you are putting that out into the world, you will attract it. And then I always
write about an intention for the day. Intentions are setting the tone for what you're going to do.
It's literally just reminding yourself, I am going to have the intention to make sure I am using my
time wisely. I'm not wasting it. Or the intention to move my body by going to the gym or going for
a run. And then obviously a section for you to write about what you're grateful for. And then
one of the most important spaces that I do is my thoughts and my feelings. Things that are weighing
heavy on my mind and just basically using it as a brain dump so I can think clearly and move on
So again, all these things that I do in my morning routine, whether it's for recovery,
for nutrition, for mindset, for fitness, for prayer, for faith, you need to find what you
enjoy doing best. But I promise you, when you find a morning routine that works for you,
it will be a moment that you look forward to. You will cherish it and you won't want to miss
that time of the day because it's how you set your day up for success. And so I hope you enjoyed this
video. I hope you find it useful and beneficial for your morning routine. Let me know in the
comments below what you do in your morning or if you're going to start implementing some of these
habits or if you already do so. But thank you for watching and I will see you in the next video.
