Who's on Your LAN? IT Admins and Small Business Security Insights

Small business networks can be compromised by unauthorized devices and individuals on production networks. I will show and demo two software scanners that give IT professionals both in small and personal networks the ability to find who is on the network and quickly identify and unauthorized devices on the LAN. Auditing is critical and keeping tools simple to use and configure and results easy to interpret and of course free to use. I will demonstrate NirSoft’s “Wireless Netwatcher” and Lansweeper.
