Psexec.exe: A Powerful tool for IT Admins

Psexec.exe is a powerful command-line local and remote shell that can offer powerful solutions facing IT admins running an enterprise network. It is a remote shell that works with most CLI programs and utilities, PowerShell, can be executed in a batch file or PS1 file. Allows applications and utilities to be executed under the SYSTEM account. Does not require installation and removes all processes, threads, and functions upon termination both locally and on the remote host.
