MESSI VS CRISTIANO RONALDO THE GREATEST RIVALRY IN FOOTBALL HISTORY

If I tell you here in the OFF Lionel Messi and Cristiano Ronaldo are good friends They go on rides together in amusement parks play video games at home go on roller coasters and even take trips Would you believe it But yeah I figured you'd think that and maybe find me a bit crazy for saying this But the situation is this on the football wall while XR7's fan base keeps arguing ere are other sorcerers who do it for Messi to see which of the two is better They just grab a snack and open a cold drink to watch and enjoy the moments So to avoid any confusion let's take a look at all the numbers data and games where these two faced each other directly in football especially during the time whe They played there in Spain and competed in some European Cups between Real Madrid and Barcelona Peraí but before the video starts already put in the comments who you prefer Messi or Cristiano Ronaldo Of course I hope you've prepared a hearty snack with a juice or a cold beer And don't forget to turn off the light and It was bad it was bad I got excited No more delays let's go to the video The first duel between the loose cement belt was in a Champions League game In the 2007-2008 season Manchester United and Barcelona faced each other in the semifinals of the competition The first duel was at the Spanish team's home The two stars were already well-known and on the rise in the world of football but they had not yet There was a great rivalry until then In the game Lionel Messi scored a hat trick against Hebrá He even tried to be effective but United's defensive system was too compact so he could do little Cristiano Ronaldo missed a penalty right at the start of the game Later he tried to make some plays None of them managed to be truly effective the match ended 0-0 In the return match at Old Trafford Cristiano didn't manage to do much Messi played better and made some key moments until the match against the number 7 O United won the match 1-0 and qualified for the final where they won the Champions The third encounter between them was the following year in the 2008-2009 Champions League final Cristiano Ronaldo tried to create danger and had some chances took some shots on goal but failed to score The one who did best was Messi who scored a goal He won the game with the Champions League trophy with his Barcelona team After that Cristiano Ronaldo moved to Real Madrid and the rivalry between the two began He went from just wanting to see who would be the best in the world and it became also a personal duel Artillery and titles won on Spanish territory In the first El Clásico of Cristiano Ronaldo he missed a big goal-scoring chance Messi also missed a chance The victory went to Barcelona thanks to a goal from Ibra In the second Cristiano made a beautiful move by dribbling past the Barcelona players But Messi came out on top scoring the only goal of the game and Barça won The sixth duel may have been the best El Clásico of Lionel Messi's career perhaps one of the best matches Barcelona has played against the Merengue team The culés won 5-0 away from home For you to get an idea after the fifth goal Piquet did that with his hand for everyone to see A signal of 5 with the hand The rivalry between the two teams was something out of this world and that game really heated up The guys from Real pulled off an amazing feat Messi provided two assists and almost scored a goal but the ball hit the crossbar At the last minute of the game they fouled Messi in the middle and chaos erupted on the field Still in that season the next match was between the national teams Portugal and Argentina faced each other Messi provided an assist for the first goal Six times seven but in the end the alien scored a penalty and gave the victory to the brothers Back at the clubs they faced each other again in the Spanish Championship Messi and Cristiano scored penalties and the game ended 1-1 But that duel was marked by Messi simply taking the ball towards the Real Madrid fans in pure malice Who would have thought that the two would face each other again in the season this time in the Champions League and Messi simply silenced the Santiago Bernabéu The Argentine scored both goals of the game One was a header in the style of Messi Then still in the same season they met in the final of the Spanish Super Cup The first duel ended in a 2-2 draw Both sides had several chances But in the second game right at the start of the match Messi did it Then he scored two goals and secured the victory for Barcelona When these two teams took the field it wasn't just any soccer match No it was literally a war To give you an idea in one of the next duels Pepe in his malice did that to Messi This game was in the quarterfinals of the King's Cup and Barça came out on top Another memorable game was also during the 2011 -2012 season Inside Camp Nou Real beat Barcelona 6x7 scored a goal and made the Indara celebration of Calm calm Then the two met again in the final of the next season's Supercopa 2012-2013 And the match became part of history The first duel was at Camp Nou and Barça won 3-2 Logo at the start of the second game 6x7 pulled a trick on Pique and scored the goal Then he caused a danger and almost caused a collapse in the middle of the street Real won 2-1 and secured the title The next match was in the Spanish Championship The weather was blazing Messi and 6x7 were dueling it was almost like a holiday The world stopped to watch and in that match the two performed well Messi scored 2-1 and made some plays Cristiano also scored 2-1 The game ended in a draw Another significant event between the two was in the King's Cup Real won the semifinal and Cristiano's goal stood out because Maria's goal left Puyol on the ground like a pile of dung In the following season 2013-14 in the Spanish Championship Real lost at home 4-3 The merengue won 2-1 until Messi turned on the heat He scored a hat-trick to turn the game around and give Barcelona the victory In one of their last matches something insane happened In the 2016-17 season the two teams faced each other in the Spanish Championship Inside the Santiago Bernabéu The match caught fire and it was war Messi started by humiliating Casemiro Then the fullback Marcelo let his arm go and ended up elbowing Léo Real opened the score with Casemiro but Messi scored a brilliant goal and equalized the game Then Leo took a shot from Ramos who was sent off The match ended in a 2-2 draw with goals from Raquetite and Rames Rodrigues The score remained until the last moment of the game Because Messi saved the best for last We scored Barca counterattacked and caught Real's defense off guard That happened As Madruga said revenge is never complete it kills the soul and poisons it But four months later my friend the two teams met again in the Supercopa final Cristiano Ronaldo started on the bench and came on in the second half in their first match The game was tied 1-1 Léo Messi had scored a penalty goal It was then when tied that Barça won the victory After 30 minutes of the second half Real managed a counterattack and Cristiano Ronaldo was deadly Marcou the most beautiful goal of the competition and still celebrated with Messi On May 6 2018 Lionel Messi and Cristiano Ronaldo played their last derby Both scored goals and the match ended 2-2 But the game itself was marked by the incidents that occurred on the field In 2021 they met again in the Champions League Ronaldo was playing for Juventus and came out on top Marcou two goals in the group stage match Later CR7 when he was already playing for Al-Nassr of Saudi Arabia Met with Messi a friendly match against Paris Saint-Germain Messi and Sergio Ramos Neymar and Mbappe against Cristiano The Portuguese star scored two goals in the game Messi also scored a goal Like Kylian Mbappé who converted a penalty The game ended 5x3 for PSG In total there were 36 direct confrontations between them Messi won 16 and Cristiano won 11 There were nine draws Messi scored 22 goals and provided two assists Cristiano Ronaldo scored 21 goals and provided one assist Cristiano Ronaldo looked at Messi who is the greatest player of all time It's a debate that has been going on for many years Ronaldo has the right to boast when it comes to goals scored Messi has the right to brag when it comes to the Ballon d'Or and the World Cup
