경주 중앙시장 야시장이 5월 8일에 재오픈 하였습니다.
오랜만에 찾아가게 된 야시장이었는데요 ~
비쥬얼이 미쳐버린 통새우,베이컨 하나야끼 때문에
발길이 멈칫.. 근데 사장님 입담 어쩔... 설명도 너무 잘해주시고
너무 재미있으셔서 지나가던 분들의 혼을 쏘옥 빼놓고~

이 하나야끼의 한 개당 가격은 4천원인데요
가격에 비해 너무 푸짐~ 촉촉한 빵안에 계란, 베이컨, 양배추
통새우 등등이 들어가서 아삭아삭한 식감과 맛의 스펙트럼을
넓혀주고 ~ 자칫 밋밋하게 느껴질수도 있는 속 재료들을
와사비 마요로 약간 매콤 고소하고 전체적인 음식의 맛을
화악 잡아주는 느낌 이었습니다. 거기에 가스오부시로 마무으리~
