Ancient Osaka Castle & LAST Day in Japan

my last full day in Japan and one thing on my travel bucket list with see a Japanese castle so today I'm going to go check out osaka castle and it this is the beginning of parts of it there it is the western end of the castle and this is the most if you want to attack that day you guys somehow crossed it just seems a lot larger than some of the council moles I've seen in Europe you guys see this right here I mean there's like 20 billion little gnats flying around January Harden that's alive this is a map of the castle this is all metropolis all all around here and then it's just an ancient castle right in middle it's kinda like the Central Park of New York I'm usually really against eating any sort of foods right outside of major tourist locations because they're always going to be way more expensive than it needs to be but I couldn't find a single place to eat on the way here starving and that yaki soba place looks pretty good okay this is really not worth it it's 500 yen five dollars for a little little bit of noodles let me go ahead and get another something else Cory right now I know I got completely gypped this and this should not be around $15 I want to do this so much you get you get a dress up for free but I always feel like I do always feel like something's going on here I mean nothing is for free you probably charge you like twenty thousand dollars for like a picture or something you see a lot of capitals in Europe work like what I really want to live there because nothing just looks really tracking and cold like this I mean I know this is restored and all but this is looks really comfortable I'm sure it's haunted as crap but it looks really comfortable [Music] [Applause] [Music] [Music] all right that is really adorable well how long this is the coolest thing ever see an immediate result the total burger with a 3d hologram movie Holly history is the top of the castle the preparing for a huge performance over there because they're celebrating the 150 year anniversary at the end of the Edo era before looking down this thing I bet you there's nothing down there oh I'm going to look anyway there is nothing I've been seeing a lot of these flags the ones that are saying it was a hundred and fiftieth anniversary of the Meiji era celebrating the end of the Udo some looking at this and the only thing in my mind was gosh it's been a long time since kitchen Potter's I was wreaking havoc here I thought seeing that council was really cool just looks like a modern Museum right now it doesn't look like I didn't feel like I was walking inside a historical castle I can't the whole thing was renovated excuse me but so it's like I just there's no difference between going into that castle and like going to the Met Museum and its quality outside but inside I'm missing something [Music] [Applause] [Music] and now I am at shitennoji temple and this is the other main historical attraction and the Osaka and you go down this this little street and there's tons of little shops and restaurants on the side this reminds me more of Kyoto and there that I can see a part of the temple over there omen that car does almost kill me the tail won't sit which means the temple were shy of the four heavenly God or four heavenly kings [Music] [Music] it's just funny you see a lot of ancient history here it's all beautiful its historic and then you got a Porsche there are so many people here and what they're doing is just wishing for a good portion in the new year and I believe that banner actually says prayers for the new year I think what you do here is you buy a fortune-telling scroll from over there and then you tie it up over here right I'm half in there I got every mob Japanese popcorn chicken oh my god I feel my arteries clogging right now this is so really selling eggy pancakes over here I think I need this to kind of counteract with the chicken Manhattan I don't know why but an eggy pancake right now sounds really really good we're going to put the ticket out here can you say upgrade there's this darks aunt that Japanese people use for everything like takoyaki and basically everything else I asked of what the sauce was before and they were to say it's Japanese ah I think where this is just Worcester not like every single item I've had covered in Worcester sauce I love this whole surrounding this might be my favorite part of Osaka I feel like I'm leaving Japan tomorrow and I feel like the three cities I've been to Tokyo Kyoto I love Kyoto the most like hands down because Kyoto is full of shrines temples architecture like this I also really love Tokyo because the atmosphere is so fun like wherever you go there's always seems to be like a really fun neighborhood somewhere in Tokyo until I go soccer I like it the least because I mean I guess I don't know enough about the city I'm having definitely bored enough because I just went going around filming food videos I've only been around the Duncan Bora area and then today I saw the castle and the shrine here so I guess I don't really have a good grasp of the city look I've been here three days I don't know anything but that just kind of my opinion I feel like I enjoyed today most out of my day to know Sokka because I love history I love spirituality I love seeing ancient architecture ancient artifacts so I saw a lot of that today tonight I got to go back to my hotel because I'm filming my last video of the day of the trip last food video of the trip tonight I'm going to go eat some food group yeah something I never thought out whatever do but the local spreads my local friends convinced me to do it since they're like while you're in Japan go you some poisonous fish alright okay that sounds reasonable I'm going to go do that and if you guys see this video that means I survived guys listen this is a takoyaki theme song [Music] there we go here we got by the way that wasn't the only thunder a plane there are multiple songs about takoyaki as epic [Music] Oh so I just ate the most poisonous fish in the world I'm still alive he-hey that video is wrapped up that's my last food video oh I look like an alien right now whoo that's my last cool video everything is wrapped up in Japan I'm ready to hit back to San Francisco tomorrow but my flight leaves at 9 p.m. and I'm getting into Tokyo my trinkets into Tokyo probably I like 12 so what am I going to do for like 9 hours I lost my hip bones right and I bought these skull candy and I didn't realize that these were for women science unit engineered for women when did hip bones become like gender specific also I met Pablo this was like one of the much fried cheesecake places in Japan and it's really funny because I came up and they asked them where I was from I'm like is there a wrong answer if I'm going to say something you're not going to let me in then he was on like a like a 20 pound diesel this thing is gigantic and it is heavy did you know you could actually drink drink of cheese heart I don't know about that it was really pretty this is the macho cheesecake freshly baked fresh they said it's still hot on the inside and only for the ice cream let me try
